The very nice young woman behind the counter started working on my order. She realzied they didn't have enough of the wings and offered to give me boneless wings as a substitute. I agreed, and then as she was packing the box the fresh wings I wanted came out of the frier. She asked me if I wanted to get the full order of wings and offered that I could keep the other thing she had packed up. It was done with a smile and I appreciated the kindness. One other note - their restrooms are not locked so you don't need a code to get in which is a rare thing in this day and age.
