The bowl is microwave and dishwasher safe. A bit on the pricey side, but worth the purchase for a well made product. I'm hoping to have these items for a lifetime.

It's a very welcoming and inclusive environment. I've brought my teenager for both classes and studio time, and I've seen other members bring their kids as well. They're family- and pet-friendly, which makes the space feel even more relaxed and inviting. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, which really enhances the experience. I've taken classes, used open studio time, and even done a full solo Raku firing--all of which have been fantastic. One of my favorite parts is being able to bring my dog along so he can enjoy the day at the studio with me.

They had labels throughout the garden but I hope they consider putting a few map posts someday. Loved the dinosaur statues! And the giant Over-Cup Oak (?). Overall, great experience.

I was amazed by the large variety of trees: peach, apple, avocado, soursop, guava, walnut, pecan....the list goes on! Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. Ok I'm grabbin one of those for $10 and I bought the last Vitex $20 - I have a few in my garden that love the full sun and bloom beautiful purple flower stalks. Score!!! Last week I scored a Bride of Barbados for $10, another beauty that can withstand the Texas heat. Each purchase comes with a small bag of fertilizer. I am so glad I did. It is a small little plant shop that has a lot of plants. The owner is super nice. He took the time to explain a few of the plants to me. He also took the time to explain how to take care of the plant that I did purchase. If you're looking for a particular plant, he can probably find it for you. Prices are very reasonable. Rows upon rows of flowers, vegetable plants, etc. This isn't your Lowe's Garden Center. I'm particularly impressed by their selection of roses to choose from. My mom had a lot of fun today. Since it was quickly getting hot, we didn't do much outdoor shopping, but she did buy a lot of seed packets and some lily bulbs. Things here are a little more expensive than other places but on the other hand, many places won't have the selection Rainbow Gardens has. The folks running it are also very nice and helpful.
