I've not only been thrilled with MRF for the beautiful work they did on my wedding, but the many times they have fulfilled orders that I have sent as gifts. Just this week, when I had a floral emergency for a loved one who is very ill, they made a gorgeous bouquet appear in less than two hours. This florist went above and beyond when I needed a flower arrangement for my friend after a loss. I had been calling around to try and find an arrangement that did not have any flowers or greenery that is toxic to cats as my friend who the arrangement was for has cats, and I wanted to get her something beautiful that would also be safe around her cats. I talked to Kelly here, and she went through all the plants (flowers and the greenery) used in the arrangements I was interested in and looked up if they were toxic to cats. The arrangement I wanted contained 2 types of greenery that were toxic to cats, but Kelly said they would make sure to remove the toxic greenery and instead use more of the non-toxic greenery instead. I felt comfortable ordering from such a caring florist that took the time to ensure my friend's cats would be safe. They delivered the flowers to my friend the next day, and she absolutely loved them! They were beautiful and full, and with the delivery fee I felt that the flowers were incredibly fairly priced for how full they were! I will absolutely purchase from this florist again! I had an appointment in this area, as it is out of my immediate area otherwise. It JUST turned 5pm, their closing time, and she unlocked the front door and let me in. She was so gracious and helpful it was really great to have such good service even after hours! Very sweet people! I picked out a bouquet and there were green flowers in it, of which are not my favorite, so they removed them and took me in the back to show me some flowers of my choice to swap it out for! Did I mention they were already closed and they did all this with no feeling of pushing me out the door with the nicest attitude? Oh yeah they are the sweetest! Their prices were very reasonable by anyone's standards. TLDR: Worth your time and business! Really great service and nice to boot! read more

My daughter got her flowers from here for her wedding this past weekend. They where gorgeous. The confetti daisys looked so good with the bridesmaids dresses. When we first met with Karen to order we had know idea what we wanted. She took the time and showed us different flowers until we found what we liked. I walked in on Saturday morning before a Monday Valentine's Day. I had made no prior order, was just going to check what was in the case. Kelly came out and asked if she could help me. Upon learning of my wishes (relating to a party I was hosting), she immediately set to work on creating three custom items for me. They are lovely and just what I wanted and the prices are so much better than other places. I can't believe that on one of the busiest days of their year she did custom pieces while I waited. I wrote a review after using this florist for my wedding, but its no longer on here (imagine that, the bad reviews are deleted). But it is worth my time to give all brides a fair warning. Please do NOT use this florist. She charges a lot and delivers very little. she did not show up at all to pin on the grooms and groomsmen flowers, so we were scrambling to do it ourselves. She didn't deliver the roses for our mom ceremony so we had to skip it, which was upsetting. The worst part of it all...she charged a lot for our centerpieces for the reception and they were HORRIBLE!!! Each centerpiece had a few twigs and a few flowers!!! They looked so cheaply done. Please brides DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! She will say a lot of good things but that not at all what you will get I promise! read more

Ordered my son's wedding flowers from here and my daughter-in-law didn't really know what she wanted, accept her colors of purple and royal blue. When we went to visit the florist, Karen, she showed us several flowers. The bride picked the ones she liked and we left it up the Karen. Then the day of the wedding we picked them up they were better then we every could have imaged. She had every ones name on them with pins in place ready to wear. I used this florist for my wedding recently. If I could go back I def. would not!!! I went with them because the owner (karen) promised me a lot of great service but def. did not deliver that. The day of my wedding right before my ceremony I was told that the florist had not delivered the roses for our mothers for the rose ceremony. Which her excuse for that was that it was not in our contract. Well no it would not be because when we went over the flowers and I brought the 2 red roses I would need for the moms she said she would throw those in for me. Guess she changed her mind and failed to tell me. She also promised she would personally bring in the ceremony flowers to the reception and touch them up if they need it and would be personally pinning on all the mens boutineres. Instead she dropped off the flowers to the venue and was no where to be found until it was time for her free meal. (stupid me for inviting her to the reception). And the worst part was once I actually got to my reception I realized the centerpieces were horrible. We had some small and some large style centerepieces. For the large Karen charged us $85 each, in them there were about 6 flowers and a couple twig looking flowers. They were very bare and plain. The small were very very very small and not 35$ each worth of flowers. It looked like 3 of the centerpieces would have actually made one nice sized centerpiece. BRIDES BE WARE, THIS FLORIST WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND CHARGE YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND THEN TURN OUT TO BE A COMPLETE RIP OFF THAT DOES NOTHING SHE PROMISES TO DO. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Take your money and go elsewhere! When I met with them to decide if I was going to use them or not everyone was very nice and friendly and just chatted away to one of my bridesmaids about her life. When my wedding day came, my flowers couldn't be uglier! Not at all what I ordered. Not even the right color! I ordered purple and green and I got white and spray painted gold. I called them (because that's what all brides want to do the morning of their wedding) and was told it as my problem because they were closing in 30 minutes! The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE! I ended up throwing them ALL in the trash and went with NO FLOWERS for my wedding because they were that horrible! No refund, not even a phone call back from them. $500 worth of flowers in the dumpster. Save your self the headache and frustration just choose a different florist.
