My husband has purchased bouquets from here numerous times and he ordered me 2 larger arrangements recently, one for Valentine's Day and one for a surgery. Unfortunately the larger arrangements had wilted flowers within 24 hours and within a few days most of it was dying. The 2nd time it happened I decided to call and let them know about our experience. I spoke on the phone with Linda m, she was very friendly and apologetic for our experience. She assured me this was not typical and insisted on sending a new floral arrangement. They delivered the new arrangement within a couple hours of our phone conversation it was beautiful! I had decided we would not longer purchase flowers from Walter knoll but after experiencing the excellent customer service we will consider using them in the future as they obviously stand behind the quality of their product. read more

Nothing bothers me more than sitting and enjoying a Blues game and seeing a Walter Knoll commercial come on, especially the one where they state that their floral arrangements look just like the pictures on their website. Nothing could be further from the truth. I guess they figure they can get by with that because, once you send a floral arrangement, to someone, you never see it unless you order a floral arrangement for your sister's funeral and it gets delivered and looks about 1/4th of what the picture did on the website. Can't believe a company would choose to skimp on a sympathy arrangement. Never again. read more

You enter the zip code of the recipient and the website shows you all the arrangements available for that area (personal catalog) so there's no chance of loving the arrangement on one page, clicking on it, and it not being available. Same day delivery available ($10 fee if you want it by 3pm). Website is easy to navigate. I'll update my review when it had been delivered. read more

I used Walter Knoll for my wedding in September 2015. We had several consultations with Paula and she was great! She was able to create what I had envisioned for my bridal bouquet and helped me form a theme from this for the other arrangements. These items (bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages) were delivered to the church on time for the ceremony. In addition, we used Walter Knoll to create our own center pieces which were supposed to double as church isle decorations. We were able to rent out a room and order the flowers through their wholesaler to create the centerpieces ourselves. Although the flowers and rental were great, we had problems with delivery of these special items. They were supposed to be delivered to the church with the rest of our order from Walter Knoll but were late to the ceremony so they could only be used at the reception. If it were not for the delivery issue, I would have given them 5 stars. I especially enjoyed working with Paula. read more

I ordered the Shivaree for my niece that just had a baby girl. I was at the hospital when the arrangement arrived and it was gorgeous. The Asiatic lilies were enormous and there were about 8 fully open and just as many unopened. The roses were dainty and beautiful. Everyone there remarked on how fabulous they were. Also, I ordered the flowers online and they arrived within a few hours. This was my first time ordering from Walter Knoll Florist and it won't be the last. WKF! read more

I just discovered WKF today while searching online for a local florist to deliver a bouquet to my insurance broker for a job well done. I loved the selections on their website, and ordering was quick and easy. They were delivered this afternoon, as promised on the site. I just received a text and picture from the grateful recipient, and she is thrilled with them. The actual flowers and arrangement delivered is even more gorgeous than the website. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Paula S. at the Hwy K (O'Fallon, MO) location for the fabulous job she did on my January 2015 wedding. I met with Paula about six months prior to the wedding day and I couldn't have been more pleased having her as my point of contact. I described my vision to her and she got it right away. If a certain flower in "my vision" wasn't in season, she found alternatives that looked almost identical and were lower in price. I live in Dallas now but had the wedding in St. Louis (where I am from) and during our next visit, when we met with Paula she had samples ready of the bouquets and centerpieces for me to view. In addition to the flowers, I purchased a lot of vintage decor (books, typewriter, lanterns, etc) down in Dallas and for a small fee, Paula and her team were available to set up all the decor, along with the flowers out on the wedding day. The biggest thing to me was that she allowed us to drop off all the decor and store it at their location since I do not live in St. Louis anymore and my family was already storing so much stuff for the wedding to begin with. She didn't have to do that but she did and I can't get over how accommodating she was. Lastly, I want to comment that we were trying to stick to our budget and not go over too much with any one vendor. Instead of pressuring us to spend more money on a certain flower, Paula mentioned that she wanted us to be comfortable with what we were spending. Jeffrey from the O'Fallon location helped me order sympathy flowers on Saturday morning to be delivered the next afternoon for a group of my husbands co-workers to express their sympathy and how much another co-worker would be missed. Jeffrey was EXTREMELY helpful. I wanted to order a silk wreath for his wife as a keepsake from his 30+ year co-workers who will truly miss him. He was very understanding and sent me pictures of the wreath to choose from then we worked together to come up with an idea for a custom fresh floral arrangement to compliment the keepsake wreath. The end result was gorgeous. The design team did a wonderful job. The co-workers were more than happy with the arrangement/s and his wife loves the keepsake wreath.
