Took a bit long to get called back about 40 min but after that the NP, nurse and DR. Were so quick and thorough. They were even able to do a blood draw in the room and an EKG. The front staff don't seem the happiest, but the Dr., NP and nurse were friendly. I love that EPIC is more integrated with multiple other services so that you don't have to bounce around to a blood draw place or hospital for an x-ray. Noticed mental health was also offered and there was a pharmacy in the same building.

He found out that he "owes" them hundreds of dollars for care he never received! They said they bill you for chronic care management, HE DOES NOT HAVE A CHRONIC CONDITION!
