They use that as a way to escape from being responsible customer service representatives. They have no intention of calling you back, nor do they care to; if they did, they would. I'm looking for a replacement for this company, so I don't have to deal with their nonsense any further. I've talked to their in-house staff quality control person, and it's like talking to a wall. We also have a severely autistic twenty year old daughter who is currently being hospitalized for aggressive behaviors. In autistic people, their behaviors are their words.When they can't physically tell you how they're doing they act out. I called my daughter's primary care doctor in concern for her yesterday while she was in the hospital and in soft constraints and was extremely upset. After all that the doctor finally looked at her file from the hospital and called me today and said she was unsafe for us and the staff and because of my concern for my daughter and solely based on that one conversation I had with the doctor yesterday , and after apologizing he kicked the whole family out of their business ! Right now I'm speaking for my daughter. I am her words ..what i'm going to say to you dr. G.. You said I should watch my words before I say them, and I'll say to you. These words are our daughters unspoken words. And what you must learn from this as that autistic people talk to you THROUGH their behaviors. I didn't question it, they are supposed to be the experts, right? As time went on I felt sicker and sicker until finally I saw the BP machine and my BP was 88 over 76. I was there for hypertension medication. The NP I saw there, said who would prescribe you this? Your BP has never reached 130 since you've been here and to stop taking it immediately. I stopped taking it and feel so much better. They have been able to get me in on short notice when needed, and they've also been able to get my husband and I in for appointments together so that we don't have to make multiple trips (which is nice, given that we live in downtown Detroit, so it's a bit of a hike.) As a family practitioner, Dr. Baker has been able to catch and address many significant medical issues for both my husband and I-some of which we had not realized were even happening (hello, new onset cardiac arrhythmia...I do NOT like to see you on my EKG! Go. Away.)
