I attempted to resolve this directly with the office before escalating, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to work with me. Despite my efforts to communicate, the charge was sent to collections, which is extremely frustrating given that I canceled the appointment. I'm disappointed because the clinical care was okay, but the billing and administrative handling has been very poor. I would recommend getting everything in writing if you choose to go here.
