The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Most often this has involved repiping the old inferior PEX tubing originally used in the house's construction. This is particularly challenging given the plumbing is largely buried in the concrete slab. I've spoken with David on multiple occasions and his advice has been both kind and educational, especially in regards to identifying leaks prior to attempting repairs.
