He told me that I should trim a branch on the Locust tree that was hanging over the driveway. The other large tree had ivy growing up the trunk about 20 feet and it was strangling the tree. A beautiful oak tree in the back yard had a branch that was growing out too long trying to get more sun. He trimmed the branch above to allow more sunshine to reach the branch below. He shortened another branch that was growing into a large pine tree and inhibiting the growth on that side of the tree. I have had my trees looked at every few years for the last twentyfive years and no tree company has ever mentioned any of these things. While we walked he said he had learned all about trees from his father who was an arborist in Paradise his whole life. This young man became an arborist as well. He climbed the oak and did an excellent job trimming the tree while the rest of the crew worked out front using a bucket lift. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I was very impressed with the work that they did and would definitely use them as my "tree service."
