A good couple hundred feet of open space that can be set up with or without tables, to stages (that this time were set up for media, but could just as easily have been a band). There's also a raised bar area that runs about the length of the space, and each corner, the upstairs balcony, etc. are set up as side dining-rooms that can either be open to main events, or closed off for several smaller events or private spaces during larger events. Bonus points for being in the train station building, and has plenty of parking - in a location that's central, but isolated enough to be private.
