Earlier in the year we needed propane and I called in to get our tank filled up just a little bit. We were given too much then what we asked for, and propane is very high during the winter time, when we called. I have been calling every other week, sometimes weekly, since this happened in February, only to finally get a call back from the owner (Clint) to be screamed at. Instead of admitting their mistake, he was extremely rude, for adjusting the bill I'm or doing anything honest to correct the situation, he Instead try to lecture me that I've been using the propane and that I was the one who is being rude. Never, in the months -- MONTHS -- that I have been calling to get this resolved have I ever been rude or belligerent. In no way did I act like him, like an entitled man-child. From the moment I picked up my phone he accused me of fabricating the situation. When you take a look at their online and Facebook reviews, clearly I'm not the one with a delusion. It doesn't matter that we have been using the propane. That is not the point. The point is that they made a mistake.  We were told one thing, and they did another. Instead of owning up to it and trying to keep the customer happy, he flew off the handle. I didn't call them out of the blue today, eight months after the fact; I have been trying to get this resolved, quite literally, weekly since the middle of February. And my last line of approach was to have them come pick up their tank because I don't want to do business with a sham operation that is dishonest like they are. So if you are in the area, do business with another company. You will be far better off.

I pulled up to the propane tank and before I could ask what to do next they were unloading my tank from my pick up. The operator weighed my tank which was larger than the type you get at the exchange at Walmart. It took 5 gallons. They charged me about 16.50. The op then loaded my tank back up and tied it down the same way I had it when I arrived. What great service! And a great price. I will be using Andersons from now on.

My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.
