I tried PH Wellness because the reviews were positive and upon touring the facility the houses…read morelooked comfortable. However, I quickly learned they make well over $50,000 from each participant and they have investors to answer to, so they say whatever they feel necessary to get you in the door. During admissions I requested my own room, only two days after being at the facility being told I will have a roommate added to my room. I let them know that would not be acceptable and I would request my release if I had a roommate, so they had to make changes to their plans in order to fulfill my needs. Where things went incredible wrong is in my time there, I started to learn I was just another number there. I am diabetic, so they said they would supply low sugar snacks with I needed for my survival. This never happened over my entire stay. They even asked me to supply a list of what items I could eat, and nothing was ever purchased off that list. Every meal supplied was heavy sugar and carb oriented by the way of pasta and sauces. My never sugar readings had never been higher. I eventually placed amazon and doordash orders to get what I needed, which they would not grant access to for over a 48hr period because only one of two people could review the items. The programming there is a joke. Nothing you can use once you leave rehab. Even though you were sitting with the same participants every hour, each hour was reintroducing yourself, providing how many days of sobriety, and supplying how you felt. Each hour was a different speaker who would start off with the same questions. Again, nothing that gave you tools for real world application like 12 step, big book, etc. No programming is offered on the weekends as the counselors and management only work Monday through Friday. I eventually asked for my release knowing it was affecting my health (diabetic) and getting nowhere with the programming. I gave my reason for leaving in two different meetings before told one of the owners (Matt) would like to meet with me to understand what went wrong and would could be done differently. That meeting didn't go as I was led to believe as Matt wasn't there to listen about anything I had to say but in turn ridicule me on how wrong I was for wanting to leave. He was extremely defensive on anything I had to say and basically told me I was a lost cause. He wanted no part on what they could do differently. My meeting with him was very insulting and upset me greatly. He is not a people person and should be nowhere near the facility. They eventually granted my release and I was worried about what I would tell my wife when I got home. Only to learn they had already contacted my wife and told her I would not be showing up sober (which was not the case). They let her know I would go back to old habits, and this was someone who knew nothing about me. Do you research before touring the facility. Request what programming takes place before choosing a facility. I just wasted time here, and hopefully this will be helpful to those who read this.

Extremely unprofessional billing department. I keep receiving bills for a service that was already…read morefully paid when my child was born. I have called their office more than five different times and every single time they tell me the same thing: "Don't worry, the balance is cleared and you won't receive any more bills." Yet the bills keep coming. This shows a complete lack of organization and accountability. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase a medical office to fix their own billing mistakes. At this point it feels like harassment to keep sending bills that have already been paid. If the issue isn't resolved permanently, I will be forced to dispute the charges and report the billing practices to the appropriate authorities. I strongly recommend others double-check every bill they receive from this office.
