Since it is smaller, the stations don't seem to be as divided so visually it isn't the best workout at an F45 gym I have had. I started with the $7 for 7 day trial and my gosh they were SO SALESY...I got the ick. I didn't have the energy in me to keep coming back to after I went 2x (my goal was 4), I didn't come back. After every class they ask you to chat in their office and try to sell you on signing up for a membership. There should be a rule that you at least come to 3 classes before they start grilling you like this. I really do love an F45 workout and I have been going to a different F45 gym. The workouts are the same globally and I feel it's a very good workout. At this gym, and others, I got a good workout in thanks to the coaches who are always there to help you with your form and they push you to go harder. This is a great way to get a personal training session in without the cost of a trainer. This is great for those who are too scared to go to the weights section of the gym...I have built a lot of confidence thanks to F45!

Vinny, the manager, is a really nice guy who was genuinely welcoming and helped me to fit in. There are some really nice trainers who work there and for the most time during the classes people will be circulating to give you some tips and tricks on how to do the exercises properly. I like that in addition to membership they offer a 10 pass option or a drop in. Overall a fun class in a welcoming environment. I have learned a lot since I have started going.
