My wife sent the first two packing because they said they needed to replace the whole mechanism for 650$ and 1100$, respectively. These came after those two, looked at it and did the job. Disassembled the rod, pulleys, cables, cleaned it, reassembled and lubricated the whole system. It was a small fraction of the other two, and was pretty much in line with what I was expecting the job to be. Hard to find good techs who know what they're doing and are honest about the business. When I questioned, they gave me two other lower cost options, one that didn't include the exterior keypad and one that didn't have a warranty. Even these seemed a bit high. When I called American Garage Door & Glass, they gave me a quick verbal quote over the phone that included the pad, wifi access and a warranty and was still less than the lowest price option from the other company. I got one more estimate that was in the same range but decided to go with AGD&G based on the reviews. It was easy to get on the schedule, they just showed up and the install took a little over an hour. The price was exactly as verbally quoted, no surprises whatsoever. The new garage door opener works great! It's quiet, easy to use and the wifi connectivity will come in very handy. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

Doors look great. We secured 3 separate quotes and American was competitive. They measured for the doors. We paved the driveway after and instead rushing to order the doors and get paid they suggested remeasuring after the driveway was paved. On top of their game and a sure recommendation here.
