Our Freightliner Custom Chassis Viper display quit working four days before Christmas as we were traveling across the country to be with our kids in Denver for the holiday. This shop told us to come by, but naturally made no promises. After about an hour wait, our technician Brian was able to quickly diagnosis that the entire module had failed and needed to be ordered and replaced. My stress level went through the roof as I began to worry about making it to Christmas. We discussed the issue with the Service Manager David, who compassionately loaned us a test unit that would enable our travel with the stipulation that we had to return to Odessa to get the ordered part swapped into to our dash. We returned to Odessa today, and were in-and-out with a fully functioning Viper display within two hours. That's AMAZING! I don't know what someone else experienced at this location, but I cannot say more about the professionalism, service and support my wife and I received. Top notch!! If only we lived anywhere near Odessa, we'd be customers for life.

I understand if your a week behind on repairs but just to plug computer in and check codes is all I asked for them she said it will be a few hours before they can check it, I said ok well what's a few hours I have a pick up schedule at 3pm remember it's 8:30am she said I don't know maybe we can check it before 3pm. Like wow, it's like soon as I walked in the door no matter what I wanted her answer was basically " hey buddy I don't care what you want but get out and we will get to you when we feel like it, still not gone fix it but get out."
