Called this company to come out to fix a broken and frozen pipe. We agreed to a price and was…read moreassured to problem would be fixed. The plumber, Justin Doughty, left saying our water was back on. It wasn't. Tried talking to him. He refused to come out again. The next day tried to discuss the problem with dispatch. WAS HUNG UP ON!!! Tried to call back but no answer. This company is a Fraud. They are scamming people out of good hard earned money and the plumbing is still not fixed! They charge $140 emergency fee just to assist the situation, then give you a total for what it will cost to fix it. aAnother fee is also added to the emergency fee if you chose not to have the work done. They are LYING to the public. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU . EDIT: I 100% stand by what I said. We were lied to and yes, I WAS HUNG UP ON BY DISPATCH.
