Had to do a sleep test to make my Dr happy…read more Arrived at IU Health Sleep Disorder office early evening for my over night stay. Got a nice greeting from my Tech. I was taken to my room circa 1980s Motel. Bed sheets and blanket were quite old looking. Side table and walls are beat up and need replaced and painted. Headboard looked well used. I'm guessing from years of use and being cleaned. Pillows were flat. Bathroom was pretty nice and looked up dated in this decade. I was given the info about what would happen by the tech. He left to check in on another patient and came back to wire me up. Really surprised this hasn't gone wireless. I got bands around my chest and mid section. Two wires on each leg. Wires on my head chin and chest and back. I think around 20 or so total. As well as a tube across the bottom of my nose. I'm assuming to measure the breaths out my nose. Around 10 pm he started the test. I did my best to sleep. At one point he had to come in and reattach a wire that popped off. This morning around 6am the test was over. He removed the pads and wires as well as some chest and leg hair. He did his best to make things easy. It really seems like with todays tech this could be so much more comfortable. They need to update the furniture and touch up the walls. Get new bedding and pillows. I know this process is going to cost my insurance a fortune.

When I got the first one I was told that they had been recalled but they gave it to me anyway. They must get commissions on sales. Constant emails and advertising to get me to buy supplies. My sleep hasn't improved. They don't seem real concerned about that - just selling masks.

Spoke with an employee at the Harcourt office i believe. she was very rude, lacked professionalism,…read moreaggressively speaking to me and actually hang up on me! i was very respectful to her and did not expect such hostility from someone in the medical care profession. Speaks to the hiring and culture i guess... i will say two of the other employees i spoke with (Michelle and Deborah) were just the opposite from this other lady. didn't give me her name but sounded like a Latina.

The front desk staff at the 1400 Ritter Ave office are rude and condescending. I had an appointment…read morewith Dr. Klein who I did not get to see. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment, the woman at the desk checking me told me my primary doctors name and the name of my insurance which I agreed and she asked for my ID and insurance card. I had my ID but not insurance card and I said its the same you show and I could probably pull it up on my phone she said "NO I need the physical card". I told her I do not have the card she said well you will have to reschedule. I said for when because this appointment was scheduled 3 months ago I cant wait another 3 months. She said "well I don't know what to tell you". I stepped out the door to gather my composure from her rudeness and found my card. I went back inside and gave her my card. She said "you'll have to reschedule", I said i was early to my appointment I am not rescheduling why would I? I am here. she said "I'll ask the doctor, but she already took another patient" I said how, this is my appointment time? she said "I will see if she can still see you, have a seat". So I sat down, another woman came in and she didn't have her insurance card. The lady at the desk told her "oh you can go downstairs to the main desk and they can pull it up for you". I am not sure why that information was not offered up to me but I can guess what that reason is if you know what I mean. The woman left and came back and they got her right in. I sat there 35 minutes and finally the lady who never left her seat mind you, called me up to tell me the doctor (Dr. Klein) said that I would have to be rescheduled. I said why is that ? I was early to my appointment. I want to see the supervisor. Who came to her and said yeah you left, I said I was early to my appointment and I stepped outside the door. She said well I can have my boss call you and she walked away. I was standing there and the lady said "Well" with a big smile on her face. I said well what? you had me sit here for over 30 minutes on purpose. I was not late to my appointment, in fact I was 15 minutes early. and she said " I don't know what to tell you". and shut the window in my face and the 2 ladies sat there talking about me with mocking smiles on their face. I told them what I thought about them and walked out of the office. The office manager stepped out the side door and stared at me smiling real big, I said what? and she waved to me and shut the door. I will not deal with JWM now. AND if Dr. Klein sees this review and didn't really say she wouldn't see me on 1/12/2026 at 1:30 pm, or if you did because they told you i was late then you should look into that. Because the rude woman that checks people in said you refused to see me. I was actually there at 1:15 pm. I should've known better than to go to the office on Ritter, but whatever. Have a nice day!
