Working out and sitting most of the days due to work has caused alot of t nation on my lower back, shoulders and neck. The lady made sure to target those points. She is really strong the pressure was at some point a bit painful but she does asked if you are okay or if you would like for her to adjust the pressure. The she proceeded to do a whole body massage I to wrap it up. No oils, no lotion, nothing special used BUT if you ask that might be extra?! Not sure. Being that I was in so much pain of my lower back , I explained where and how I hurt. All I can say is I had the most amazing massage. Other places I've been to were do rough and tough that actually felt like aI got into an accident because I felt worse after. The massage took that back pain away completely, I have not had that pain ever again.
