An hour into our appointment, the owner yelled at us in front of the entire store and said that we needed to leave because we were just playing in her dresses and weren't going to buy one. It was awful and humiliating. We were not being disrespectful whatsoever. The owner only cares about money and once she has your money for a wedding dress, you and your group are wasting her time because you're not forking over the money for a wedding dress.

All the dresses and accessories were incredibly affordable, I gave them a budget of $1,500 and the price of both the dress and veil did not even reach that price. Amy seems to really love making each bride to be feel welcomed and valued. My father insisted I try to find a dress there because he was so impressed with how comfortable she made him feel out of his element. Ultimately I decided on a custom gown and can not wait to see the finished product! Each step of the way, I felt as if Amy gave me her undivided attention and worked around my schedule and needs. She is short so a necessary hem was warranted, bought the dress off Amazon, the dress not only needed a hem but the straps taken in and it has a slight train on it with mid leg slit. Train was supposed to be removed and slight adjustment to the leg slit. She charged me $60 @ time of drop off and thru a fit when I told her when we needed the dress picked up. Which was a month time. Picked the dress up yesterday and the only thing she did was front hem and strap adjustments. Not taking the train off or adjusting the leg slit and still charged me the full price quoted. Do in total I paid $120 and only half the work was done that was marked to be completed. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
