Left over chilies with a side of beans and rice to go home with

The only thing this place has going fo for it is thst its quiet. Because theres no one going there to eat anymore. The owners are over worked, and so SOUR! Now the food - bland, tasteless, poirly prepared, using canned sauses. Awful! Then when going to pay the owner asks how much i was going to tip. I told her my cotract with her was the price on the menu and thats what ill pay. She said thats the price for the food, the tip is for the service. I call BS on this one. NO TIP EARNED!

Would love to leave a better review as this is a family business and super friendly. I had a Modelo Especial and the steak fajitas. They were good but nothing special. My wife had a chile rellano and is was okay. The extra hot sauce I asked for was the best thing. Chips and salsa meh.

    Taquitos

We were on our way to Sunriver for vacation and were craving some Mexican food. This place did not disappoint us. Once seated, we were served tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa was delicious and fresh. I very much enjoyed the taquitos. The portion was great for $10. Each taquito was filled with an generous amount of tender chicken and fried to perfection. They were seriously the most crispy taquitos I've ever had and the side of sour cream and guacamole complimented them perfectly. The reason why I took one star off is that I personally think the chicken could use more salt and/or seasoning, as indicated by previous comments. I found myself constantly dipping the taquitos in the salsa to for flavors. With that being said, I do think the good service and freshness of the food made up for it. I'd happily come back here to try out other dishes.

Fish tacos and burritos with enchiladas.

The owner was very helpful with our order and even local recommendation. We got fish tacos and wet burritos with both red and green sauce. The fish tacos were very simple. White sauce and some cabbage. One thing that makes the fish taco delicious is the freshness of all the ingredients. The red sauce has a toasted chili flavor. The green sauce is more tangy. I would highly recommend this place!!

Bland food. Not much more to say. Service was friendly, but, there was just nothing special about the food.

It's a sit down restaurant but the food comes out quickly! We had looked at the menu ahead of time and placed our order right when we were seated, so it wasn't long before the food came out. The food itself was good but not amazing. They did provide a small bowl of hot salsa to spice things up but the enchilada itself was not spicy. The tacos were good, and my daughter liked her quesadilla too. The service was great! The server was so understanding of us having two young kids and needing to eat fast. At one point we knocked a water over and she patiently brought us a new one, plus some extra spoons and bowls for the kids to share food. That's the main reason I'm giving it 5 stars. Good food and great service!

The service was excellent & so many good menu choices! Fairly typical decor but very clean tables & nice music too! Again, this is a fast food restaurant, so it more than met the standard. The girls ordered carne asada fries & a carnitas torta. Both were good size portions & were tasty! My lengua burrito-served enchilada style- was excellent! Big chunks of tender meat & delicious sauce made it a burrito worth ordering again. We also enjoyed the salsa bar & their zanahorias en escabeche (Mexican carrots with jalapeño & onion) were some of the best we've tried. So if you find yourself in Redmond wanting a quick Mexican meal, La Posada is the place to go! Mangiamamma gives it

I got The burrito and it was nice and hot and made it home with plenty of warmth left. I have noticed a trend here of portion size decreasing over time so I decided to weigh my burrito. Yeah, I am sometimes over the top. Anyways, 1lb even. Filling consisted of pork and pico. Flavor was on par for carnitas, but the size left me wanting more. Maybe we can throw some rice in or beans, not a lot but something to make us feel a little more satisfied. Anyways, will go back and follow up in a couple months.
