The potatoes were cut into very large pieces and were under-seasoned, which made them less enjoyable. Picked up my eats and drove back to my hotel where the munching began. The Pastor is without a doubt my favorite; crispy and meaty. I found the tostado siberia to be quite tasty too; shredded chicken + jalapeno sauce in between two corn tostado shells; squeeze the sour cream on it to take the flavor profile to another level. The fajita quesadilla and tacos (tripa & brisket) were also tasty. The chicken chalupa had good flavor but I could probably do without it due to being a tad soggy. But probably cause I saved it for last; I should've eaten that first. This will probably be on the rotation for taco spots in Laredo. Having eating Palenque several times and Tremendo taco, it's nice to have another taco option since you can never have enough!
