(From January, 2025) Looking for another taco spot in the Laredo area, I had the YELP and Toast app lead me here where I placed an order online. Picked up my eats and drove back to my hotel where the munching began. The Pastor is without a doubt my favorite; crispy and meaty. I found the tostado siberia to be quite tasty too; shredded chicken + jalapeno sauce in between two corn tostado shells; squeeze the sour cream on it to take the flavor profile to another level. The fajita quesadilla and tacos (tripa & brisket) were also tasty. The chicken chalupa had good flavor but I could probably do without it due to being a tad soggy. But probably cause I saved it for last; I should've eaten that first. This will probably be on the rotation for taco spots in Laredo. Having eating Palenque several times and Tremendo taco, it's nice to have another taco option since you can never have enough! read more

We got take out from here the other day by calling in. The food was ready in about 10-15 min and service was great! We got panchos and a torta, which for about $20 was a great deal and enough to share for 3 people. Both were great and I'd absolutely go back to try other items too! Prices are high $100 for 2 parilladas but at this price it cheaper to cook at home. Use to be you could eat out and the convenience out weighed cooking at home but with those prices it will be hard. By the way the food was good just price was a little steep. read more

Plenty of food for a couple. Both the brisket and pastor were excellent but if I had to pick which was better, I'll vote for the brisket. With fresh tortillas, onions and peppers, you can't go wrong with this meal for two. read more

Taquitos Ravi easily has the best Al Pastor tacos that I have ever tried in the United States. I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years and have even tried the one across the border. I've had the tortas as well here which are also great. However the one item that stands out overtime for me are the tacos Al Pastor by far. The tacos are the right size, right price and so darn good. Just writing this review makes me crave them. I can't wait to go back to Laredo and at some point have these tacos again. read more

Fresh tortillas, really, out of a package nothing fresh there! Ordered the pastor plate and the best part was rice and beans. Order a tripa taco and finely diced... why?!! I feel this place is more interested in what Americans pass a Mexican food instead of keeping up with the actual Mexican food tradition. Always a good meal when I come here. Today, I had milanesa, pastor, and fajita beef taco. They give you a plethora of meat and their chips and salsa have a nice little kick to them. I am from out of town and wanted authentic Mexican food so we stopped at what looked like a classy restaurant....WRONG!!! The waitress was very rude from the get go..she asked my daughter ( 11 yes rs old) to write her own ticket of what she wanted on her burger because she did not want tomatoes. Been to may restaurants during our travels and never experienced that. Then after we got our food , she never came back. The food was not good. My plate was the milanese plate. Nothing fancy here by any stretch, but excellent basic Mexican fare. My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our way out of town after a business trip. I had the chicken fajita taquitos, and he had the torta el pastor, which was mouthwateringly delicious. Great service and friendly staff. Very yummy tacos and tortas. There was no wait it was a very quant atmosphere. The food came out in five minutes and tastes fresh and flavorful. I'd recommend the tortas. Well if you've heard that this place has very good el pastor taco's... That's true, some of best tasting I have ever had especially in my area of Texas. They have an awesome parillada for 4, only $35. You can pick from fajita, chicken fajita, & pastor with sausage. Comes with 20 tortillas and salsa's. There tripa taco is really good as well. Good but not the greatest customer service. People in many of their locations are rude and stuck up. Be prepared to just buy and ignore the arrogance of their wait staff who take no effort in, you, the paying customer, feel like a guest. This would qualify as a hole in the wall setting but all in all not bad taco place. The hot sauces have enough heat which is refreshing and seasoning is on point! read more

The one I went to was on Saunders and it was exceptionally BAD. The parillada meats were cut into tiny pieces that you could not make out out if you were eating beef, molleja or sausage. And, I might add, they used that horrifically 'sweet' cheap sausage that you get at a local grocery store. Others told me that the other locations were much better, so I am strictly talking about the one on Saunders in front of the HEB, next to the old China Bo. Although we took the leftovers, my husband tossed the box in the trash when we got back to the hotel. Whatever you do, if you decide to go to a Taquitos Ravi, DO NOT go to the one on Saunders. I had the pork tacos and my fiancé had the brisket plate, both came out quickly and warm. They have Mexican soda too, which was fun to have pineapple pop. Tacos are just the shell and meat next time ill order guacamole or something on the side since I like more the just meat. Hard to order not knowing what the Spanish menu item are but the server was super nice and answered all our silly questions. Salsas were great hot but not crazy . Food was great, waitress couldn't speak any English and it was hard to understand her, menu was all in Spanish. Had a Nacho and fajitas left with half of it all. Little on the expensive side but was worth it. I am giving it four stars cause of the food. Good authentic Mexican food. read more
