Al devolverlos, esperando una solución adecuada, la respuesta fue aún más preocupante. Cuando regresaron el plato, pregunté directamente qué habían hecho, y me indicaron que los pinchos fueron "lavados" para quitarles la salsa y luego re-cocinados. Esto, honestamente, es inaceptable. Primero, porque la salsa ya se impregna en la comida --no es algo que simplemente se "lava" y desaparece. Segundo, porque demuestra una falta total de consideración hacia una restricción alimentaria que se explicó claramente desde el principio. Y tercero, porque servir comida que ha sido manipulada de esa manera levanta serias dudas sobre los estándares de higiene y ética en la cocina. Además, el resultado fue evidente: los pinchos regresaron sobrecocinados, secos y de mala calidad. Es una pena, porque el lugar tiene buena fama, pero experiencias como esta hacen cuestionar seriamente si esa reputación está justificada. La realidad es que, después de esto, no regresaría --y considero importante que otros sepan que aquí pueden llegar a "corregir" un error de cocina de una manera que no es apropiada ni segura.
