She finally passed by and said she be right with us. Waited a while longer and she finally came take our drink order. I'd say it was about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. And then the wait began again. The aforementioned server noticed again how long it was taking and went get the manager. We thanked him and he said he wished he could have waited on us himself but he was swamped with tables and we completely understood. The manager came right over and took our order. Our food was out in no time. Everything was delicious! It was all fresh, flavorful, and authentic tasting. My 5 year old gobbled up his rice and quesadilla. My mother in law loved her quesadilla plate, and I brought quesadillas home for my husband. It was an hour drive home and they were still great. I got a sangria margarita. It wasn't the best I ever had, but not bad. The one thing I did not like was having to pay at the register on the way out instead of paying with your server. It was too congested at the register.
