For years, Friday nights meant ending the week here at Cinco de Mayo, and as we're getting ready to move out of state, It's honestly hard to imagine not coming back here every week. Let's start with the margaritas. Their happy hour is hands-down one of the best deals around, and they're always perfectly made. Then come the chips... warm, fresh, homemade, and dangerously addictive. I don't know what they put in that chip seasoning, but it's basically magic dust. Pair those with their perfectly spiced salsa, and I'd happily make a meal out of just that!! And the chorizo queso? I've eaten Mexican food all over the country, and I still haven't found one that comes close. It's rich, cheesy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely unforgettable. The street tacos are another reason we kept coming back week after week. Juicy, flavorful, piled high with fresh ingredients, and served on soft homemade tortillas that are always incredible. What really makes this place special, though, is the consistency. Every single visit, the food is outstanding, the service is warm and attentive, and you leave happier than when you walked in.
