    Carnita's tacos

Wonderful service, delicious food and comforting ambiance! We ordered the Carnitas tacos & the chicken chimichanga, which both came with Spanish rice and refried beans. Everything was simply wonderful! The chicken chimichanga was easily one of the best that I have ever had!!! The food was seasoned so perfectly. This was my first time dining at Mi Rancho, but it most certainly will not be my last!

This is tough to write. Although there was nothing wrong with MI Rancho, there was nothing spectacular either. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated and served immediately. I can't ask for anything more as gar as service. The restaurant was clean and well decorated . When it came to the food, it was okay, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It would be a push, in my opinion, to even say it was "good." There are much better options for Mexican food in the area. Like I said, this is MY opinion. I will most likely give them another try in a few weeks and see if I just caught them on an off day,and if my opinion changes, I will update this review.

Prices are upcharged. They DO NOT match the menu prices.

Mi Rancho is dishonest. don't come here! They upcharged us with fake menu prices, this is unacceptable on top of bad food.... My partner and I visited Mi Rancho just now. The food was really bland, despite it didn't look like a texmex place. As we were checking out, I noticed the waitress did not get us an itemized bill, there was only a total charge. I did notice the price was slightly higher than expected , so I got a electronic version of our bill . To my surprise , EVERY SINGLE ITEM was a higher price than it was on the menu, and they charged for tax. I wish I took a picture of the menu prices , but the margaritas were priced at $9.99 , and it turned out to be $10.39 on the final bill ; the combo meal was priced $14.99, and it turned out to be $15.59. There's an upcharge to every single item and it was shocking and sad that we had to find out this way. We will never come back again.

This restaurant is impeccably clean, and the waitstaff are exceptionally friendly. The food is stellar and served promptly. The authentic atmosphere reflects the owner's journey, adding a unique charm to the dining experience. I highly recommend this place! A++++

Listen!!! Don't sleep on this quiet gem on Bridge Street!!! So delicious!!! Friendly, attentive service! I can't wait to come back! My friend and I went for lunch today. There was one other table occupied when we got there. Waitress came right over to get drink order and see if we had questions. Neither of us knew what we wanted, she was patient with us as we decided and willing to explain dishes. Their complimentary chips and salsa were on point! We got the queso fundido and it was excellent, a smaller portion than other places but it was delicious. My friend got the chicken fajitas and I ordered tacos de carnitas both were great. I can't wait to go back and try something different.

I've been here many times since they have opened and I have my go to chimichanga. I was getting the chicken but decided to get beef yesterday......new favorite!!! You cannot go wrong with the chimichangas!!! And the owner is always there and welcomes you!

Here's the chimichangas, not fried, barely any rice and beans, and no pick de gallo

I love Mexican food, there is a place 1/4 of a mile from my house in Chittenango that we frequent. My son and husband went in to get an order of fajita nachos and pork chimichangas. They charged us extra for sour cream, put a .30 cent tip on the one water my son bought, then forgot the pick de gallo. There are barely any beans and rice, the one server rolled her eyes when asked for salsa (and my husband was told "it's in there" but it wasn't, so had he not asked for more, we wouldn't have gotten it. It's more expensive than the place we normally go to and the portions are extremely small ... barely any food except chips. I'm extremely disappointed because we were hoping to have a family night there and now will never ... oh and here are pics of the food, check out the box with the nachos that's melted which is insane.

Food and service are good. But be careful as their card machine goes down and they then ask you to use cash.

The food is fantastic. The owner walks the floor and makes sure everything good. The refried beans are the best I've had.

They were very bright colorful and tasty. Not too think and not too thin. She ordered the mixed fajitas- sliced beef and chicken with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. They were served with guacamole salad, sour cream, rice, beans, and 2 tortillas. She got her choice of corn or flour tortillas. I had the Taco Salad Bowl - a Fried tortilla shell filled with ground beef beans, cheese sauce, and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. As we ate our chips and salsa the restaurant filled up and 8-9 tables were filled. Our waitress was the only one serving but handled it well. I would have liked some more chips and salsa but also did not ask. Our food didn't take too long though. The fajitas sizzled and filled the tortilla shells with plenty leftover. My taco salad tortilla shell was the perfect mix of crisp enough to contain my salad yet soft enough to enjoy as I ate the bowl. My friend went home with leftovers but i didn't. It was the perfect portion. The fajitas are so sizzling that as our waitress brought out an armful of three to a table it set off the fire alarm. No worries though! We were able to keep eating and enjoy this little restaurant. Alcoholic beverages are available but we didn't try those. You can also pay using a QR code on the receipt via your phone. All in all it was a great meal and we appreciated our waitress for keeping up and having a great attitude.
