Shut down completely in the middle of the Highway. This was a scared moment of my life. I called the tow truck company; Premier Towing and Transport, they with came less than 20 mins. I still can't believe they came that fast. I called Assured Auto and explained to JD what happened to my truck. I was heading home back to Tallahasee from vacation. JD told me to get the truck tow there. We got there at 2:35pm. They completed a full diagnostics. They noticed some bolts was loosen on my Alternator. They tighten it. They also noticed something no connection to the car giving out of power. JD suggested for me to go back to the Auto shop who completed the work because of warranty JD took picture of it and printed it out to give to the Shop. Truck was Tested drive it no more power issues. I was back on the road by 4:30pm. I'm so grateful for them to get me in and out so quickly. They also have Complementary varieties of soft drinks for their customers and when you leave, they write a personal note with a blow pop sucker. This was so sweet. With what's going on in the world, it's the small things like this can bring a big impact on someone's life. Again, super grateful. Best customer services I've received in years at an Auto Shop. I wish there were closer in case I need them again.

My truck had been running hotter than normal at red lights, and every shop I called wanted to charge over $100 just to run a pressure test. When I called Quality Car Care on Wickham Rd., I spoke with Sam, the owner. Right away he stood out--he told me to bring the truck by and said he would check it for free, explaining that he doesn't charge people for a simple pressure test that only takes a few minutes. He found a crack in my radiator, showed it to me, and replaced it for a very fair price. A few days later, I started having another issue, and after installing a new fan clutch myself, the truck sounded like the engine was revving way too high. I was worried it might be a transmission problem. Once again, Sam told me to bring it in. He looked at it right away and called to let me know the issue wasn't the transmission--it was the faulty fan clutch I had installed that wasn't disengaging. Throughout all of this, Sam was honest, patient, and never tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. He helped me understand what was going on, didn't charge me for things he didn't need to, and treated me with genuine respect. Sam and Quality Car Care are truly an asset to the community. Def do NOT go here. Had a power steering high pressure line replaced. They asked me if I wanted to…read morereplace the power steering pump I said no. As im leaving the shop all of a sudden it is making a whining noise. Never made that b4. Get home let them know and his response was they all make a noise. Not a bring it back in well take a look that was thursday night. Fri after work I noticed a puddle on driveway. Sure enough power steering pump is leaking now and one of the 4 mounting bolts 1in away from the line they replaced is missing with shiny spot where it was. No way to not see the bolt when replacing the line it is right in the way of it so much you can not get the bolt out with line in the way. Now I have to find a damn bolt too! Total deliberate sabotage! On top of that they charged me $50 in shop supplies? What shop supplies are needed to change out a damn line. When you already charged me $15 for power steering fluid. Then they charged me $30 for hazmat B.S. Total $550 for 1 high pressure line. At the time I wanted them to change out other line as well. When I picked it up they told me other line was on backorder and only took off $35. Price of part only and not any labor. I called 2 other diesel shops after the fact and they were both $80 cheaper. Now I just wasted $550 for original work and now have to spend that again plus another $150 for a new pump. Which was working just fine when I brought it in. My leak was at top next to reservoir. Now it leaks like a siv at pump harder to turn wheels and worse off then when I brought it in. TOTAL FRAUDS and CROOKS. I guess the other bad reviews were spot on. You have been warned. I am now contacting B.B.B and whoever else I can to report this shady crooked experience. Ppl like this should not be in business! I will edit this review if owner responds and says things that are not true like I seen he did on other bad reviews. My story is 100% true and accurate.
