Dr Swift preformed surgery on me with in the week. After surgery I met with Dr. Swift again and he spent time with me to help me understand my recovery. I've been coming here for pelvic floor therapy with clinic director Erin Woolford now for about 3 weeks. I've worked with Jordan, Deja, and Austin on exercises and Sam at the front desk. This staff is fantastic. They are friendly and caring, they all communicate well and take good care of you, and I feel encouraged when I am there. I have ADHD and I'm chronically running a few minutes late, and they never give me a hard time. I'm glad my OBGYN recommended this practice, and I would recommend it to anyone else needing PT. Heads up: the 1-star review on this page is for the pediatric clinic, which is a separate clinic from 177-A. I don't have experience with that clinic. Just super happy with the adult clinic!

I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! Thanks guys!!!

If I could only give this business negative stars...I would never recommend this facility because…read moreof the incompetence with their billing department in addition to some of their best therapists having resigned. They lied and billed me for self pay after 1 year of service. Every week (2x/wk) I would pay our bill at checkin and we had a zero balance. I spoke with office staff at times and they confirmed this...we stopped going in the summer and in December I received a bill for over $4,000. Through numerous phone calls between their billing department and my insurance, I found out that they put me on self pay because they switched the diagnosis code and even though my insurance called and gave them the correct information, they refused to resubmit (who knew they could switch you to self pay whenever they felt like it-somewhere in the fine print I'm guessing)...one thing is for sure, they don't care and there is something sketchy going on, it is truly disgusting that they can do this to people. Seriously, billing me a year later when we were there for 8 months on a regular basis without a word. Do not trust them. I hope this review helps other people.

I have been going for a month now. Each week I am getting stronger. I lived with this condition for 9 months before seeking help. I am delighted. Healthquest uses a team approach. This appears to be a team that enjoys working with each other. Regardless of who you work with, the care is consistently excellent, supportive, and friendly. During the Covid pandemic, I was concerned about the risk associated with getting therapy. While you can never completely eliminate the risk, Healthquest does an excellent job-- everyone is properly masked, occupancy is kept low, social distancing is maintained and every surface and item is carefully sanitized between users. Their location on Northwestern Highway near Franlin/12 mile is easy to reach.

She took time to educate me and make sure that I was comfortable with the information I was receiving. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Other staff were efficient and personable. I was very comfortable during my entire visit. I left feeling confident that my issue would be resolved through prescribed medication and care instructions. I will definitely move forward with Epic health, with this being my primary location.

There's ample parking, and both the building and the office space are bright and very clean. Everyone is masked, and hand washing is consistent. Sanjay is kind and patient. He carefully listened to me explain my symptoms; then examined and collaborated with me on a treatment plan. Therapy began on my first visit. Within the first couple visits, i noted improvement in my symptoms. Sanjay taught me maneuvers that i now use on my own at home to reduce flare-ups. Sanjay's support staff, especially Geraldine and Zak are competent and professional. They worked to accommodate my commitments to schedule follow-up visits.
