The chicken was juicy and bursting with flavor. Delish! I enjoyed the salad which included a light creamy dressing. The plantains were sweet and cooked perfectly! It was my first time trying chicharron and I am now a fan. I rarely eat pork. But this was fried delicately so the outside had a nice crispy crunch but the inside was tender and juicy.
