Always consistent in food quality and prices are reasonable. The inside and exterior are outdated and don't necessarily draw you there but you go for the food but it is large enough to host large parties. The staff is very friendly and it's a great spot off the beaten path. read more

I was seeking a different Mexican restaurant to try. I figured the best thing to order anywhere is a fajita to get a good idea if it's worth coming back. I made my order online. I wasn't given an estimate time for pickup so I figured 15 mins was enough. It was ready upon pickup. Service was attentive and friendly. I got the shrimp fajita and the presentation was beautiful. The shrimp tasted good but the meal was bland. I found myself more interested in the chips and salsa. The salsa was a little hot 3 of 5 but I got use to it after coughing. I salted my meal with Kosher salt to my liking then it was good then. I'm super full and I think 4 stars is fair for the amount of food and just needing salt is potential for growth here. How does a place offer a margarita on "special" but the margarita machine is out of order, not once but every time? Even if it weren't on special, we only like the frozen margaritas out of the machine because of the texture, and just want a good old frozen marg. The salsa is some of my favorite in town and it's bottomless along with the chips. Make sure you don't fill up on the chips and salsa so you can enjoy your meal. As a resident of California who loves Mexican food, I was pleased to find a Mexican restaurant right next to my hotel. Sadly, the food was anything but authentic Mexican. I would even go as far as to say, Taco Bell would have been a better choice which should tell you all you need to know! I ordered a burrito and enchilada combo. Upon arrival we were surprised to see it is not your traditional Mexican restaurant/set up, more of a restaurant with a large bar, stage and TVs. What we came to realize was that Saturday night it is a little happening spot late night with dancing and drinks. Anyway, back to dinner. We were seated and brought the standard chips and salsa. Unfortunately the chips were a little bland and cold, maybe a day old. However I did enjoy the salsa! I ordered the Chicken Fajitas while others chose combos, burritos and tacos mainly. After 30 minutes no sign of food, but our waiter politely told us due to a large party the kitchen was a little behind. But, due to the delay he brought complimentary cheese dip. Great customer experience in my mind. However, if I were to return I wouldn't order the cheese dip, very blah. Once our food arrived we were all very happy. The Fajitas were so good, piping hot served on a sizzling platter with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. So good! I also very much enjoyed the rice! Others were very happy with their entrees. I had a wonderful time trying out this hispanic restaurant recently. To start things off, there was a lively vibe along with a wonderful atmosphere.
