    daughter stuck in dress while trying on.

    Buyer beware. We ordered a $650 dress in January. They did not ship it until February 24th. It arrived with a stuck/faulty zipper. We returned it and they will not issue a credit stating it was worn. My daughter's prom is May 4, we now have no dress and they kept the dress and our money. based on the other reviews, I wish I had seen them first.

    I LOVED my experience at this shop. I've been hunting for my wedding dress for a month now and tried on countless gowns. I was going to come last Sunday, and the owner Debbie even offered to come in on their day off but I told her no no please I can come in on a Saturday (today!) I came in with my mother and grandma in law and we got to work in scoping out the websites and their own recommendations. There was a private area just for myself and our party to watch me come out of the dressing room, ring light and mirrors to see the gowns from every angle! Debbie was so attentive, supportive and provided everything I needed going through this process. They were blasting Taylor swift throughout the store and as a swiftie myself, let me tell you that this added to the experience. It was so fun and I was so happy to say today I finally found my wedding dress and I thank the girls and Debbie so much for their help in navigating this process so effortlessly and being some of the sweetest people. I am so happy!

    Wow! So happy I found Mia Bella for my wedding dress- I was getting disappointed with the choices in Fresno ( def. not the fashion capital of the state) ... and needed a dress in 4 months. As soon as I walked in (had an appointment) I was greeted and was lucky enough to meet and work with the owner Debbie- she is AMAZING! She literally made the experience so easy- as I was all alone -no mom or friends to experience this with . She knows her stuff and is an industry pro and won't sell you to sell you. We talked budget (my 2nd wedding), we spoke about time line and she made it all so easy. Thank you Debbie and staff . She even helped me with some extra stuff and was there in the store when she was going thru some personal stuff (Health) - that's how dedicated she is to her clients. Loved my dress so much ! Stayed well In my under $2K budget. Classic, simple, feminine and a lil sexy. Like me ! Great selection, even a nice selection of beautiful special occasion dresses as well , all styles and lengths. I will refer all my friends and clients to Mia Bella . Debbie is not a pushy owner-she will let a person shop- funny because if a person is too nice they will say it's too much or if they don't say enough it's not enough. Can't please everyone I've learned in all my years in retail and design. When you've been in the industry a long time it's a confident disposition that maybe some mistake for being uninterested. Debbie was very kind to me . I guess people can attract what they maybe don't realize they are giving off. If you look like you don't need help or want to be approached maybe people read that....? Thank you for making me feel like a princess on my wedding day! Small shops are busy and this isn't David's bridal (the McDonald's of bridal)- want fast fashion don't shop at boutiques ,who are usually staffed small, and unless you have an appointment don't be so assuming, maybe they are busy helping ones who booked a time slot. Just maybe. She took lots of pics in store for me and let me try - I was very self efficient tho.

    I still haven't received a refund. Total scam! Do not order online from this store!!!!!

    I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter ordered a prom dress from Mia Bella. She called to verify that the dress was in store and that if she ordered it she would get the in-store dress. We ordered the dress and paid for expedited delivery. When a week passed without any delivery and no communication, she reached out and was told that they gave the in-store dress to someone else and Mia Bella ordered a new dress that was being shipped in from somewhere else. We called and emailed, no responses. Of course that dress did not make it in time. To make things worse, I called to cancel the order and ask for a refund AND then they decided to send the dress AFTER! I did a claim reversal and THEN I finally got an email communication. They asked me to remove the claim and they would refund me in full. Total scam. They told the bank that the dress was delivered and my bank reversed the claim. When I called Mia Bella, I was told that it would take up to 75 days to process a refund for the dress! This is such poor customer service. Why am I waiting two and a half months for a refund on a dress I never received? I wish I could post pictures on here of the email Mia Bella sent asking me to reverse the claim so they could give me a full refund. This store is deceptive. Please run away from doing business with this store!

    Horrible customer service. My dress arrived two weeks late. There was no calls and no updates! Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Lady at store processed return, but asked me to swipe a payment form for return and I said that's odd, because normally refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Asked for a receipt in the event there were issues. I was in Fresno for a few more hours and decided to check my account that I had swiped for my return. I was charged instead of refunded. Went back to the store and asked for a manager. Keith, the merchandising manager, "helped" me. He berated me, said that it was my fault and I was being aggressive. This psycho should not be in customer service. He had a breakdown because he was clueless and kept saying he didn't know what to do. He was attacking me and didn't want to be held accountable for the store's mistake. I complained to corporate and if I don't hear back I will complain again. That man needs to be fired and the lady who processed my "refund" needs training. I will NEVER buy anything from Madewell again. They lack customer service and this store in particular employs the dregs of society. Keith is a nightmare! I can only imagine how he treats people that work with him. If he can act like that with a stranger and a customer, he probably has acted that with staff. Complete garbage individual.

And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Today I stopped by after shopping at Kirkland's next-door. I haven't been in the brick and mortar for a really long time and I was quite impressed during my visit. There wasn't a lot of staff on the floor, checking in or greeting, but there was more than one cashier, which is awesome so it didn't take too long to check out. Currently they are doing "rack "Friday sale. Red tags are an additional 40% off. I found a pair of nice jeans by the brand frame, which is pretty pricey brand and I only paid $38. They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!
