We were in town for a conference and a local recommended Mia Margherita, so we decided to give it a try. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. The host told us the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes, but there happened to be two open seats at the bar, so we agreed to sit there instead. The restaurant is not very large inside, so I can understand why there was a wait. We sat at the end of the bar. The seats weren't originally side by side but they moved one chair so we could sit together and it worked out fine. The sign says they're a coal fired pizzeria, and their menu definitely reflects that. They offer a lot more than your standard pepperoni or sausage pizza. There were several artisan options and honestly it was hard to choose. For an appetizer we ordered the Chips & Gorgonzola. My friend asked what Gorgonzola was, and although I knew it was cheese, I completely forgot how similar it is to blue cheese, which she doesn't usually like. This ended up being a pleasant surprise because the Gorgonzola aioli had more of a tart bite than typical blue cheese, and she actually enjoyed it. When it came to the pizza, I knew I wanted something different from the usual topping combinations. I narrowed it down to three: Il Fico (the fig pizza), the Bacon, Grape & Gorgonzola. I asked the bartender what he recommended, and he suggested the Bacon, Grape & Gorgonzola. I mentioned I was torn between that and the fig pizza. He hadn't tried the fig one, so he couldn't compare, but he said he really liked the bacon and grape. I didn't even think about the fact that I'd already had Gorgonzola in my appetizer, but I went with it anyway. I have to say, it was an interesting combination in a good way. The Gorgonzola balanced out the sweetness of the grapes, and the pizza was cooked well with good flavor. It's probably not something I'd order every visit, but I'm glad I tried it once. My friend ordered the chicken parmesan and seemed happy with hers too. For dessert, we ordered the petit fours sampler. They came as little cakes set on cupcake wrappers with a raspberry glaze drizzled across the plate. Beautiful presentation. The cakes were soft and moist but incredibly sweet. We ended up dragging them through the raspberry glaze to add some tartness, which helped a lot. Without the glaze, I think they would have been too sweet to finish. Overall, we had a really good experience. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I would definitely stop by again the next time I'm in town.

So glad I got to this area and found these guys here. I just wish they were closer to me. The place was clean and the decor was nice. The servers were great and didn't hover or come to often. Now for what I was waiting for, the food. The pizza was wonderful. Fresh ingredients in each bite. You could taste each ingredient as they complimented each other so well. The sauce is not spicy, not sweet, it's perfect. The pepperoni is great quality along with the cheese and you can taste it. The margherita was well made. Now the meatballs, they were to die for. I've had a lot of meatballs but these beat all the others. It was tender yet had a great bite to it. They were juicy and full of flavor. The cheese in the bowl and that sauce, perfection. Thanks yall for what you do for people. Your food shows you truly care. Now I just need you to put one closer to me or I may have to take a 3 hour drive a few times a month just for the meatballs.

We stopped on our way through town. Highly recommend. Everything was amazing. From the apps to the pizza to the desserts. Def worth a stop! It was busy at first but our server was polite and quick!

Everything we tried was delicious, from the pepperoni roll and the jalapeño fire sticks, to the pizzas (Il fico, the Americana, the bacon, grape and gorgonzola, and the Carne Diavolo), to the desserts (turtle cheesecake and the "Hostess" cupcake. The server was thoughtful, friendly, and attentive, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxed. I'd love to come back next time I'm in the area.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to the airport. Glad we did, even though we had to Wait about ten minutes. We had several dishes amongst our group. 2 spaghetti and meatballs, two steak calzones (each prepared slightly differently) and a steak panini. They started us with their "bread" it was fantastic with the table olive oil, spices and parmesan. Each of our dishes were well prepared and great tasting. We had plenty of leftovers too! We were too full to get their great looking cupcakes or other desserts. We will have to go back haha! That will be an easy decision! Make that stop here!

We came for brunch and they do offer a limited brunch menu along with their regular meal options. It was pretty packed on this Sunday but we didn't wait long at all to be seated. We were seated outside on the patio near the door. I ordered the French Toast and some bacon. The French Toast was cooked perfectly. My issue with the food was the homemade syrup they used, they added it directly on the toast instead of allowing me to add it which made it a little soggy. I like to add my own to make sure I get enough evenly distributed as I'm eating to prevent sogginess. The fruit was fruit and added a nice tartness to the dish we well. I'm not sure I would venture back here and sit outside because the wasps were literally everywhere. There were so many flying around and landing on tables that it was hard to enjoy the food.

Oh my, Mia Margherita! Checked out this place in Clarksburg today, thanks to some great recommendations on Facebook. I ordered the Gorgonzola Chicken (it also has mushrooms, penne pasta, and peppers in it) and the focaccia with kalamata dip. Absolutely delicious. I am waddling like a duck right now!!! The pizza looks amazing, too. However, I was in the mood for some type of pasta. The pasta dish is $18 and the focaccia is $12. There's enough food here for leftovers. I might be eating the rest tomorrow!!

A nice large pizzeria with plenty of atmosphere! I ordered a small Il Fico pizza and a small pepperoni with anchovies. Specifically with my pepperonis touching so there's plenty. Clear order. And the results were perfect! See pictures. Tasted awesome and was perfectly cooked!! For being as crowded as they were my server was quick and efficient. Helpful and listened. Ok, I'm a pizza snob... but I am clear with ordering and ok with all up charges to have it just so. I definitely recommend this pizzeria!!

First time visiting this place and I was happy I came. Start with the, sausage and peppers. You will want a second plate but save room for your main dish. Can't get pizza and not wings. My crew got the, they had the right amount of heat with a lil sweetness. If you love "meat lovers", the pizza is a must try. The flavor everything was fresh. The staff was outstanding, on the list to return when I'm in town.

My friends and I stopped by on a Monday evening. I've never been here but loved it. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Our waitress was fabulous, friendly and checked on our drinks and food often. I ordered chicken parmesan and my friends both had small pizzas... The food was aromatic and delicious! I recommend you stop in

They've come a long way, and backslid. We were greeted by a very nice waitress who was also VERY new at the job. No one was shadowing her. I was with a group of four others, and our lone appetizer showed up promptly. Then the wheels fell off the bus. Three out of four of our entrees showed up. No salads. In the meantime, two other employees, one of them I presumed to be the MOD, were busy cleaning up after a large party, and using a sweeper to clean up under the table. Very noisy and disruptive. A broom would have worked just fine. I called over the man I presumed to be the MOD, and pointed out that our table mate had not received her entree, and we still had not gotten salads and bread. That was corrected. Our friend's entree had gummy, overcooked pasta, and a gummy Alfredo sauce. Clearly sat under a heat lamp for a while, and probably took a spin in the microwave. Anything with a red sauce was okay. The appetizer was delicious. Anything without a red sauce was not okay. It was pretty sad. In the past, I have enjoyed delicious meals at Minard's. Our post-Christmas family meals used to be epic. This was anything but. Why am I being so picky? I spent 15 years working front of the house, kitchen, and bar. Something is VERY wrong when the basics are completely ignored, and the customer suffers for it. Something is rotten at Minard's, and I feel that this place may go out of business before any of this is corrected.

I mistakenly thought that I would be going to a Mexican restaurant but, to the contrary, Julio's is a fine dining ($$$) Italian restaurant. The buffet lunch was made-from-scratch and excellent. It featured perfectly fried thick-and-gooey grilled cheese sandwiches; white pasta fagioli soup; chicken pastina soup with ditalini pasta; garlic toast; and spicy marinated peppers (which I put on my sandwich). I've had pasta and fagioli soup many times over the years but none as good as this -- obviously made from a traditional recipe from a real Italian cook! Some also enjoyed mimosas or aperol spritzes. The party host also purchased small bottles of Prosecco wine from the restaurant for us to take home as party favors. The ambiance was very comfortable in the back room for our group of about 30 persons, with three tables of about ten ladies each. The food was served along the counter of the bar area. A waitress took and delivered our drinks. There was a fireplace in the room but it was not lit. I hope to return one day for a special occasion to try their dinner menu.
