I complained about the size of the outfit and they said the outfit was already like that. I showed them proof in a picture that the outfit runs big and it was very loose fitting. They then accused me of showing them a different outfit in the picture, they claimed it was not the same. They then asked for me to show them a receipt of purchase of the outfit, which is quite irrelevant. It could have been a gift or the receipt is simply no longer available. In any case, the outfit was not the same size when I picked it up. I asked to speak to the owner, which they refused. To add, I took a few different items to be dry cleaned, all the other items were okay but the outfit in question was of a different fabric which a knowledgeable dry cleaners would know not to over dry this material. I just wanted to give everyone the heads up on this place. They will not take responsibility and it is NOT worth going here when there are other dry cleaners in the area. Lesson learned!
