I was referred to Doctors Emily and Chris (both are MD's) 8 years ago- and have never looked back! I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus in both knees in 2015, preventing me from walking without significant pain. When Baptist Hospital's top sports medicine surgeon told me there was nothing he could do, I turned to Emily for regular acupuncture treatments. I soon was able to get back to running as much as I wanted and am able to compete in at least 5 half marathons each year...completely pain free. However, what is even more amazing about Emily and Chris's practice is the thoughtful and holistic view they take toward solving medical issues. Their keen intellect, curiously and creative thinking skills allowed them to help me solve mysterious neurological issues (in 2020) and throat issues (2023) that no other doctor (primary care, urgent care, ENT, immunologist, neurosurgeoun, emergency room) could figure out. My only mistake was not going to Emily and Chris first- rather than wasting precious time and money on traditional medicine doctors who weren't able to think "outside of their own box". Utilizing cutting edge testing protocols, almost exclusively natural supplement regimens and a relentless drive to figure out the true root causes of my medical issues (they are truly "medical detectives"), Emily and Chris worked wonders to bring me back to full health. Each time I visited either it be for acupuncture with Emily or sinusitis with Chris or an IV drip with an amazing B12 complex solution with additional minerals to boost my immune against covid-19 I was treated with warmth, compassion and concern. Dr. Emily Rowe is a complete game changer. I was introduced to Emily by a friend when she found out I had a bulging disk in my back and sciatic pain. Where should I start? I was training for an Ironman, and halfway through my training, I tore my Achilles' tendon... I was in tears until my friend suggested making an appointment with Emily. I can only say great things about this place! I have been going to Miami Beach Comprehensive Wellness Center every few months for check-ups and every time I go I feel that they genuinely care about their patients. My wife had complex health issues in the past, that once every two months she could not get out of the bed because of certain pain. She has been visiting other health centers and other doctors, but nothing changed, as she was just being prescribed heavy medicine that we believe made her situation worse. A year ago though, we were recommended to go and see Dr. Chris Estes, and give it another chance. I can't say how thankful we are! After seeing Dr Chris and doing some labs, he had another approach to try and heal my wife's condition. A much healthier and more thoughtful way, cutting down on any heavy medicine and just having some healthy supplements instead. Miami Beach Comprehensive Wellness Center is as good as it get when it comes to comprehensive modern medicine. It is a one stop shop for all of my medical needs. It is where I go to literally take care of all that ails me. Every sports injury I have ever had; plantars fasciitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and back spasms to name a few, are dealt by Dr. Rowe's magic needles and cups. Dr. Rowe also ordered numerous blood tests for me that allowed me to get to the bottom of chronic health, allergies and mental health issues and the Center sells the supplements I need at competitive prices. Dr. Rowe is an excellent diagnostician; time and time again, fellow patients will tell you tales of how Dr. Rowe got to the bottom of some problem that no other doctor was able to find. Ladies, while you are there, make an appointment with Dr. Estes, for a full gynecological exam or medical work up. He will also happily whip you up a vitamin IV blend that will chase the flu or your hangover symptoms away.
