The check in process was quick and easy. I was seen by the Medical Technician, Jorge Leyva who promptly took my vitals and during my visit administered a couple Nebulizer treatments. He was very polished medical technician with great medical knowledge. He answered many questions and had good patient skills, listening, empathy and real concern for my well being. Lastly, I saw Dr. Joseph Ballarini who diagnosed my condition as Bronchitis and prescribed the nebulizer treatment as well as 2 prescriptions. Dr. Ballarini has over 20 years experience and is the owner operator of the Miami Beach Urgent Care. His approach to patient care is second to none. In my 69 years on Planet Earth have I ever experienced such outstanding patient care. Dr. Balerini was down to Earth, very knowledgeable and could relate to me at a patient level versus using a lot of medical terminology. His bedside manner is excellent. Although I work out and eat healthy, I was recently hit with the runny nose and sore throat. I needed an extra boost to recover and get well, so I found this Elixr clinic just off the 36th Street Causeway (close to Wynwood). I was told they have other locations in Brickell and Ft Lauderdale. I called and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. Kristina my nurse was helpful in asking my symptoms to get the appropriate IV & supplements.
