Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete. Most didn't respond but Giselle called me after she got home and matched and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Mad props. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man. Took a look at our issue and didn't try to change things up right away (I was worried about this), no surcharges or anything. Very satisfied with their service. Would recommend. Offered to send someone over that same moment without hesitation for a small additional fee. I was worried but not $125 extra worried. So I decided to wait until daylight to have them come. I got a 9am appointment with a promise that they would call 30 minutes prior. And wouldn't you know it, I got a call from Avi at 8:30 on the dot telling me he would be there in 30 minutes which he most certainly did. He showed up and in no time assessed the situation and went right to work my springs and cables broke. He dove right in and fixed everything after giving me 3 options repair, replace parts or replace door with a free opener as well. Financially I couldn't do the replacement at this time so I decided to go with option 2. He fixed everything and adjusted my old opener and lined everything. Alan, the owner actually comes out and he does take time to look At the place and give recommendations. His ideas and recommendations were spot on. The best one; he advised we replace our water heater with a tankless. He was right it made a huge difference in small one car garage. He pointed out flaws in some of the other designs that I gave him as what I wanted (like a cabinet placement where the door would have hit a step) and talked me out of extra stuff that again he was right I did not need even though it was more income for him. When I got the pricing his was right at the best with one other company. After I let him know they got the job he came out again, finalized the design and finishes and gave me the timeline. From there on communication was dead on he came when he said he would and it all went exactly like he said. His team are very efficient and they were a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional as they go about the work. As to the quality: the floor is incredible and I have already had quite few friends wanting to get it done. we had an entire wall filled with cabinets. My kitchen has cabinets imported from Italy and these frankly are very similar with soft close hinges, epoxy coated so easy to clean and adjustable shelves. I can't stress enough how nice they function and look and how much storage they provide. Lastly the slat wall is top notch and came with a bunch of fixtures. It's also beautiful to look at. This is something very rare in south Florida, a no excuses well run contractor that provides top notch materials, service and communication.
