When I got to my car from getting groceries I found a business card under my wipers. I removed it and it had left a massive mark of cheap cardstock on my windshield. Absolute low life behavior, if you're gonna shove your business down my throat, try not to vandalize my car. I do not recommend anyone make business with Pandi's towing if this is how they treat a vehicle in a parking lot with no association to them.

Just 15 miles from home, our truck suddenly broke down at a traffic light. It was over 90 degrees outside, and we were stuck on the side of the road with no help in sight. Despite our efforts--calling multiple tow companies, AAA, and nearby repair shops--everything was closed for the holiday. As we started to lose hope, the owner of Pandi's Towing (I regretfully forgot his name) happened to be passing by. Without hesitation, he crossed the barricade to ask if we needed assistance--and we absolutely did. Knowing how long AAA might take, his timing was a godsend. He immediately hooked up our vehicle and towed us to our preferred location quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. Despite it being a holiday and outside his regular route, he made time for us, and the cost was both fair and reasonable. We are beyond grateful for his help and can't recommend Pandi's Towing Company enough. Whether you're in need of a tow, a lockout service, or just honest, dependable assistance--you won't find better. Thank you again for coming to our rescue!

Went for an estimate (3rd estimate because the first two gave us differing issues) for wheel…read morealignment and to check for a wiggle in the tires. There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

But the prices are more than fair and the service is actually reliable. What is fixed stays fixed, not like some other shops.
