Not one neighbor has said our walkways look good. The workers were nice, but I can't say that they were the most practical or professional crew. I wouldn't recommend this company based upon the job they did, as it's sloppy. Of course, there was a delay due to a "computer problem," which then caused a delay in my construction schedule and cost me money. I asked that they waive the delivery fee and was told that wasn't possible b/c they use a third-party delivery service. So what? The store should have paid it. I had no choice but to pay the fee or my construction project would be further delayed and cost even more. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me that because I already paid the fee, they couldn't refund my money. On top of that, they charge sales tax on the delivery fee in violation of Florida law. A "delivery fee" is not merchandise that can be taxed. Stay far away from this fraudulent, unethical company. Floor and Decor is looking way better in hindsight.
