Miami guns & Range A+++ Nexus shooting range never again: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- AWFUL STAFF- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME- Go somewhere else!!! I have been going to this place for a lot time. Spent a lot of money, bought handguns, bought Accesories, took overpriced lessons, gunsmith, etc etc. I always go to this range with muy guns and my mags. Two weeks ago I lost the mag that comes with the rented handgun. I paid for it (30 bucks paid as it was a new mag) One week ago went again with my son and a friend of mine. The guy who gave me the rented gun forgot to put in the pouch the mag. I didn't noticed that, since I always use my own mags. When I returned it, I said that the was no mag, and I show them all my mags ( 70 mags) so they could confirm that it wasn't in my bag. Today I went with a friend a guy told that they saw the recordings and that since I took the mag I have been banned to rent a hand gun, I next time I wont be allowed in the range!!! I couldn't believe what that guy was saying!!! At least I have spent in that range aprox 4k-5k. I have to drive 30 min to get there, and that guy told me that I have been banned because the think I took a used mag!!!! That's is the worst way to lose a customer!!! And believe me I have sent there a lot of friends.... guess what.....Im so offended that Im going to write a awful review everywhere I can!!!! You do t know how to treat a customer!!! Ordered a S&W 1911sc from budsguns and used these guys as my FFL. Had a great experience. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They have the lowest transfer fee in the Miami area. I was won over with the initial treatment and ended up renting a lane to break in the new toy. There were some folk from out of town renting a lane when I walked in, one of them a girl had no shooting experience. Marino (one of the staff) took the time to explain basic gun safety and etiquette before letting them into the range. It was very comforting to see that being done without the usual self entitled arrogance you might find at other ranges. I felt safe and had a very satisfying experience. From my experiences at Miami guns ( Indoor range ), I'd say they've all been pleasant. Starting from their staff, they are all friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable about firearms and enthusiastic about their job.. Don't have a firearm ? No worries, you can buy/ rent one out. Next door they have a remodeled showroom with Pistols, Rifles, Shotguns. They also provide courses on site.. Ready to shoot !? Dont forget your eyes and ears. If you dont have any, they can be provided to you at the front desk. Make sure you have them on as soon as you walk in through the first door ( SAFETY FIRST ! ). I bought a beretta px4 storm 9m two weeks ago and I went to miami guns last Wednesday to try it and felt very welcome by their staff, they were very helpful and knowledgeable , and the shooting range is the best I have ever seen ever, it is safe, sound proof and very well kept. I enjoyed it so much that I went back again today. It is close to my house and I will go more often, they also have a variety of handguns, shotguns and rifles , for sale and for rent , and good prices on both, the amunition is also at good price...I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy shooting in a safe environment.... read more

I must admit I was a bit nervous about taking a class for gun licenses but the exceptional customer service I received today relax me a bit. Shooting a gun for the very first time can be very nerve recking but the owner Frank himself has a pleasant way of of teaching. Likely won't shoot here again. One of the employees, I'm assuming he's an RSO, maybe not, is rude as hell. Short guy with massive holes in his ears. Likely thinks he's special forces when he isn't. Awesome experience! My girlfriends and I wanted to try this and honestly we do not regret it. It was our first time so we had to go in with an instructor. I like that this gun range uses Lead Free Ammo. I don't believe the review written by Harry R. The bullets are swapped out one for one. If you prefer to go to a range that allows you to use lead bullets go for it its your health and the health of your family. This gun range is doing it the right way, safety first. read more

I was very happy with this facility. The staff is down to earth and very helpful. The shooting lanes have been treated to absorb sound so it wasn't too loud for my friends and the gun shop next to the range is loaded with neat toys.
