I call this placed to purchase two tickets and I ask the Costomer service on this place if I can take picture outside with helicopter with my phone and she told me "no" For safety reasons. but she told they can take the same pictures for $20 or $30 dollars.... this is not nice for this place . Very unprofessional. I made reservations to use a helicopter for a music video for a popular Latin artist. Everything seemed to be in place until the crew artists and models showed up. Tatiana was extremely rude and very condescending not only myself but to the artists and crew. They didn't realize we needed cameras and props on the Ramp area along with the artists and models for the music video. Turned into a huge mess. I called the sister company, NY Helicopter tours and spoke to an alleged supervisor who seemed to just tell me what she thought I wanted to hear just to get me off the phone. Over and all customer service and relations is horrible and made for a very bad experience. Music video never happened and a lot of money was lost due to the unprofessionalism of Tatiana and the Miami Helicopter crew. read more

I took my best friend on this tour for her birthday. She and I had a fantastic time. Friendly and entertaining staff. Guaranteed good time. And Miami never looked so beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! read more

I bought one ticket and gave my voucher number with a reservation in July. I called to cancel and reschedule when my friend decided to visit me in Miami from New York in September and I bought a ticket for her. They said no problem. When I called them in late August they said they didn't have my information and I need to call Groupon. I insisted they enter the confirmation number they gave me. They did and finally said they found it. They agreed to reschedule my reservation September 12th. The week before the reservation I called them because I wanted to change my appointment due to Hurricane Irma. Tatiana REFUSED to reschedule my reservation to the next week and refused to refund my 2 tickets. They force you to give them the Voucher number over the phone when the reservation is made. Tatiana told me I tried to reschedule the appointment more than two times and that is not allowed. They said I should contact Groupon. Tatiana was very rude, arrogant, kept putting me on hold that she needs to speak with her manager, and didn't care there was a Category 5 Hurricane happening. Tatiana told me said Miami Jet Helicopter don't cancel reservations even due to a Hurricane. We all know how devastating Hurricane Irma was in Florida and the Carribean. On 9/12 the Opa Locka Airport was taken over by FEMA and the Military airplanes and rescue helicopters due the massive damage done by Hurricane Irma and to help people stranded in the Keys. The only good news is that Groupon did agree to refund my $200. read more

I Booked this flight 2weeks ago and told the girl on the phone it's my bf bday and to pls acknowledge him. Walked in no hi hello no smiles just miserable looking staff. No conversation just "looks like you still need to pay helicopter fee " $35 / each separate fee due at arriving. My boyfriend's bday was not acknowledged! He went to the restroom so I reminded the reception because they didn't mention anything. I said I expressed it's his bday. She's like yes the pilot knows. Guy given brief instructions very dry. As if they didn't want customers lol ‍. Pictures taken prior were awful wasn't even looking nor did he say this he just snapped and assumed we'd pay for it after lol. Now pilot AMAZING !!! Great convo he asked why we were in town I told him for my bf bday he then acknowledged. I hate he has those two in front as the communication for this company ! Sucks they almost killed our mood ! If it wasn't for the guy and girl in front I'd return but because of them I'll say go elsewhere where customer service is cared about !! read more

I ended up purchasing a helicopter tour ride out with you guys for three people. it was for labor day weekend was planning to take my mom out for her birthday to see the view, of Miami from the sky in a helicopter. This was purchased the date of 8/28/17 and was set to go out on 9/4/17. The next day or like two days later i end up calling them and i spoke to a lady who i explained due to family issues i had to cancel she said she was gonna send an email over to the main Office in NY, and they never gave me a confirmation saying it was cancelled i was told September 1st which was Friday 9/1/17 that i would be refunded $435.00 never ever was given that money back! and i made sure that i called within 48hours before the flight so, if i was you never book with them! terrible customer service basically stole $435.00 out of my pocket for a flight that never happened!!! read more

This company led a great tour for our party of four last week. Everything was seamless and the professionalism of the staff was superb. They really accommodated our group and gave my father-in-law an amazing front seat tour of the Miami area and beaches. Nice picture options to purchase additionally to remember the experience. I would not recommend this tour company to anyone. First off they show a bunch of available times on the website but when you book one they call you and say that the time is not available and you need to move your reservation. I took my daughter here for her sweet 16 as a part of our adventure and we were asked to be there 30 minutes in advance. Upon arrival they have you watch a safety video and then they shuttle you into this dingy room where you sit waiting. There was one other couple waiting. Another couple then arrives and they immediately escorted out to the helicopter leaving my daughter and I sitting there even though we had arrived first. After waiting another 15 minutes, I got up to ask what the wait was, we've been in the dingy room for 45 minutes, one of the employees says to my daughter AND another couple sitting waiting that he felt sorry for her that I was her mother. REALLY? SO unacceptable and my daughter told him as much. The other couple we were paired up with bought the cheaper package and when I asked about that they indicated that they were getting a free upgrade because there needs to be 4 in the Helicopter. The 20 minute ride was good, but actually 18 minutes and the pilot was good. When we touched down again and left, my daughter had told me what the employee said to her. I was livid. I called the manager who said she "would deal with it" whatever that means. It completely soured the experience, the last day celebrating my daughter's birthday, and I would not recommend this company AT ALL.
