Never saw a 2nd person helping out to get the job done faster, which is what they claimed due to the rain coming. Refused to give me my key back until I paid. Great service, honest nature, and friendly staff. The car wash came out perfect and they were able to give me an accurate quote on the time it would be finished. I was able to rent one of the Wheels bikes right next to their location and get a few things done while I waited. Additionally, they have a shaded area for seating while you wait. It's my first time using these guys. I brought my 2020 Mitsubishi to be waxed. The manager there told me of the different packages they had. I went with their paint corrective service. I had some swirl marks and hard water stains that had been impossible to remove. I had they car detailed at other places but it was never 100%. Been coming here for a couple years decent car washes sometimes are pretty quick makes it easy because on my MIAMI LAKES. resident but my last experience was the worst experience. We went on a trip and we had a bunch of bugs on the car I asked the guys if they can detail the car and make sure that the car was looking like new again this truck is only one year old they excepted the job and in the end they failed car looked a little bit cleaner but for $90 was not worth it at all I had another car washed went on the same trip and they actually had that car cleaner with a regular car wash that cost $25 I went back-and-forth with the guy he ended up giving me a discount what's most disappointing is that I gave them another chance and brought my car back just for a regular car wash they were looking at me talking shit and gave me attitude when I showed up ended up just leaving and taking my car somewhere else so I will not be coming back. read more

I have been here before twice with two different cars. Got the regular both times and tipped 10 dollars. 40 dollars for a wash is already a lot of money for a very quick wash in my opinion but the service was good and the washers work hard. Today I went and my car is nowhere near dirty at all. I just wanted the inside and outside done quick before I took my car out. They took two people in front of me without looking at their cars for 30 dollars. When I came up the guy at the register with light eyes and a long beard went to my car opened the front and back door and said the floor mats were too dirty. See attached pics below so you can see how bare minimum the vacuum would have had to work. He said I can only take it for 60 dollars. Never going back to these guys again because they are scammers. I like the washers because they work hard and have no complaints about them. However the guy at the register with light eyes and a beard is a straight lazy scammer. Lost a customer because he was making terrible excuses like " I don't feel well today". Awful awful place would never recommend to anyone to go here because they will try to rip you off. I was told last week they are open until 5 .. I left work an hour early to get there on time. I arrive at 4:08 and am told that they are closed for the day. I see cars there and people sitting there. Hands down one of the best car washes I've ever gotten, we gave them 2 cars and they finished it within an hour and a half for both, the prices are UNBEATABLE and the workers really bust their butts. The lines do get a bit crazy on the weekends so I recommend waking up early or take it in on a weekday! I've visited plenty of car washes in the Miami area and most charge 30+ for a Regular. Horrific! I didn't know there were new owners here today when I brought my brand new car in. I quickly figured it out when the children working there were cursing and calling each other names. One customer was departing and there were no others. Lee, the only one working there at the time was shutting down for the day "because of the weather" (it wasn't raining) but honored my reservation without hassle. I do wonder what would've happened if I arrived 15 minutes later, precisely at my appointment. The location was a little run down. The seats on a picnic table (with awning) next to the washing area was wet so couldn't sit down but Lee informed me that there was another waiting area inside. I waited, sitting on a sofa in the small room, out of the sun but couldn't observe the cleaning process. Free wifi password wouldn't work. No coffee or vending machines. There was a TV in the room but it wasn't turned on. An hour and 15 minutes later, Lee came in said he was done. Several of the poor on-line reviews complained about the trunk not being cleaned at all so that's what I checked first. Not spic and span but I could see vacuum marks. There were some places where he had missed but the interior was nice and clean. Had a good cleaned scent too. The wheels and tires were shiny and the exterior looked fine. I have a silver car so dust and dirt doesn't show very easily. I waited a day to post this review to see if the rain would bead on my car to verify the waxing and it sure did. Overall, I feel I got my money's worth. I've paid both more and less for similar results. The reviews indicate it's either hit or miss. They're either very good or very bad. read more

Hector used to own this place but he sold it. DO NOT go there anymore. The new owners are lazy and could care less if they have business or not. Told me it would take 2 hours to wash my car because he claimed he didn't have enough people. Yet there were no cars being washed when I got there and I saw 4 guys....2 doing absolutely nothing at all. He tried to sell me a wax but I didn't want one.....guess he would've suddenly had time for that $$$$$$. When I asked who his manager was, he said he was the manager (Samir). My husband and I have been taking cars for over 10 years (Toyota, Honda, etc.) and have always paid $20 for an inside/outside wash. This morning we took a luxury car and he said he wouldn't clean it (inside and out) unless we paid $50. I told him we always pay $20 and he said we could leave if we didn't want to pay the $50. I had a great experience at Miami lakes car wash. They're generally very busy with 10+ cars waiting to be washed, so if you drop off your car and get some errands done, you'll maximize your time. There's no inside waiting area , only some benches under their tent. No AC either so it's best to go somewhere while you wait . Overall it was a good experience read more

If you want to have your car quickly vacuumed by one guy then run through a mechanical car wash , and then dried by two more guys with a few scratchy dirty rags in ten minutes, for 15 bucks, this is not the place for you. If you want your car to be hand washed , dried by hand and polished with clean towels , then have the interior carefully vacuumed and cleaned , and your tires and rims cleaned and dried by hand by the same guy , yes it will take a little more time , but your car will be clean , and it will still be 15 bucks sit back on the benches , enjoy the day , or go have a sandwich at the food mart on the corner and in a half hour to 45 minutes your car , or truck will look like its been detailed ......leave a tip , they deserve it read more

They do a decent job but had I known it would take 2 hours to finish the car, I would have done it myself. Sitting around for 2 hours watching 1 guy take care the car from start to finish, is not a way to spend a Sunday morning. That is the way each car is done. This is the first time I've ever seen a car wash operate like this. Most car washes have multiple people working on the same car, in order to turn the cars.
