This store is participating in fraudulent activities. Unfortunately, there is incompetent staff working there that wont take responsibility for making a mistake and owners who refuse to make it right. I have been going to that store for about 5 years now. After leaving a comment here, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. Just to give a quick background- I came in to the store with my own empty bottle of Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac to show the staff what I am looking to purchase. The young man who helped me wasn't sure what box and allowed me to smell the fragrance which is not usual for this store. I confirmed the scent from the two he had me smell from the same brand and walked to the register to pay and left. After bringing my empty bottle and even confirming the scent, the young man still gave me the wrong fragrance. I only noticed 10 minutes later when I went to go put it on and the smell wasn't right. It was the wrong fragrance and I went right back. I informed the young man that I received the wrong fragrance and he proceeded to tell me that since I already opened the box, there's nothing he could do about it. After some back and forth and coming back the next day, I finally received what I asked for in the first place on the notion that I can no longer return to the store again. A loyal customer of about 5 years and I've recommend them countless times. Shame. Then putting fake reviews up on their Google review section, funny. All you have to do is check the timeline. Here is a pic of my bottle that I brought into the store for reference. The "beat up bottle". As well as a pic of the new bottle to show an easy comparison for an employee of a fragrance store could make. Also, to reference the comment of how I became belligerent and upset. I felt mislead and taken advantage of! I was also standing up for myself from a mistake on the stores behalf. Is it good business to make a mistake, argue against the mistake, try to send me off with a sample bottle (well actually sold me a sample bottle b/c I didn't get any money back) which I brought back to finally receive what I came for originally? Nope. Stay away. Not trustworthy.

I've been going to Miami Lakes perfume since they opened and over the years the owner seems to care less and less about the customers. Last year they messed up my order I literally walked out came back in and they exchange my perfume but as an open box item meaning I lost $15 off the original purchase. And I still had to pay full price for the next cologne. Today almost a year later the exact same thing happened except they tell me I am stuck with my purchase I just spent over $100 there Literally walked out the door and walked back in. Their customer service is very poor their customer care even more so. Better off spending the extra couple dollars at Macy's where you could still exchange with just a receipt. I Myself will not be giving them any more business. Thanks for nothing Miami lakes perfume

My girlfriend had a horrible experience dealing directly with the owner. He was unprofessional, discourteous, and downright rude to her.

Extremely Disappointed - Great Products, Terrible Customer Service…read more I have been an Aroma360 customer and VIP member for several months, paying approximately $120 per month for my subscription. While I genuinely love their fragrances, oils, and diffusers, the customer service experience has been one of the most frustrating I have ever encountered. For the past four months, I have experienced ongoing issues with orders, billing, and customer support. Despite being a VIP member with access to a supposed VIP Concierge line, it regularly takes an hour or more just to reach someone. On multiple occasions, I have remained on hold near closing time only to have the call disconnected without receiving any assistance. During my most recent call, a representative assured me that my concerns would be escalated and that a supervisor would contact me. I was promised a callback, yet I never received one. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring pattern whenever I request management involvement. To make matters worse, I placed a pre-order on May 9th and did not receive it until yesterday. After waiting all that time, the order arrived incorrectly. The products I received were not what I ordered, including the wrong diffuser colors. Additionally, my order was supposed to include a Mystery Item - Special Edition/free gift, which was listed as part of the order, but it was never included in the package. There have also been payment-related issues where representatives seemed unclear about their own payment processing procedures and policies. Every time I call, I ask for reference numbers and documentation because I am repeatedly told that calls are recorded and notes are logged, yet there never seems to be any follow-through or accountability. What makes this especially disappointing is that the products themselves are excellent. The scents are amazing, the oils smell luxurious, and the diffusers perform well when everything works correctly. However, a premium brand cannot rely solely on premium products while providing substandard customer support. At this point, after months of unresolved issues, unreturned calls, incorrect orders, missing items, and lack of management response, I am seriously considering escalating this matter to corporate leadership and exploring other avenues to resolve my concerns. If Aroma360 invested as much effort into customer service as they do into their fragrances, they would have an outstanding company. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. Would I recommend their products? Yes. Would I recommend their customer service or subscription program? Absolutely not.

That was cool already. Babalu Miami is one of the only stores in Miami where you can purchase Fornasetti decorative objects, Ortigia Italy candles and AussieBum swimwear. This happened to be one of my favorite boutiques that lines its shelves with everything from swim trunks to watches, home accessories to skincare, books and more. Designers Greg Melvin and Paolo Ambu opened Babalu Miami in 2010 and feature a coveted selection of luxury and must-have items. Sample fragrances from sought-after brands like C.O.
