honestly not worth the hassle of driving here to receive whatever lackluster service they provide. unless you're in a pinch or desperate i wouldn't recommend this place. it USE TO be a quality nail salon but once the expanded i think they stopped caring really. it really is about how many people they can get in and out. quantity vs quality. read more

I had been coming here for years. Today I get someone that after showing a picture of what I wanted she did something absolutely horrible. The owner who usually does my nails came over and told me to let her finish one nail to see if it looked like the pic. After she did the one and it looked nothing like the pic I told her no they were horrible and they both became rude and didn't even apologize. The pinky is supposedly the one that looks just like the picture I showed them..... If that's how a client that has been with them for over 5 years then I can't imagine a new client. read more

I came here as I was referred. I am sorry I even came. Here are my reason I rate them a 1 star and why I will never go back. 1. Their pricing is crazy! $85 for a pedicure and manicure! That's not counting a tip. 2. They reuse blades to trim calluses off your feet. That's so wrong!!! 3. The leg massage! My 2 year old son could of done a better job! read more

Do not go there it's a waste of money I had my toes painted and on my little baby toe they didn't even get the nail they just painted my skin. And all my nails like they basically glue my fingernails to my skin on my fingers and they miss a lot of spots on my nails for the shellac polish. I will never go there again you should not even go there or try it. No one speaks English there they all speak either Chinese or Vietnamese they also ruined my cuticles And my heels so honestly worst place I've ever gone to. read more

Worst place I've ever been to. The staff was rude and never spoke to me. They also made a mockery of me in front of clients and my daughter because I have scar tissue on my hands from an auto immune disorder. They yelled next time she's in wear gloves. Horrible! No one ever go there! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they screwed it up, all I wanted was a color change but, came out with the ugliest set of nails. I wanted a refund but all they kept saying was I got a color change, they didn't touch my shape but, they fucked it up they made my nails bumpy and crooked. Never going back there again! Didn't have to wait and price for a basic manicure wasn't bad. The lady who did my nails seemed to be in a horrible mood. I felt she could have done a better job taking care of my cuticles. The back drying table is broken. Half the table has no UV light and fans weren't working. Once we were sat back there we were completely forgotten about. Probably won't be going back. My nails were lumpy and looked like a three year old did squished putty on them. Had them redo them and they acted like I was being picky. We had an appointment at 5 for 3 of us... we walked in they told us to wait 15 minutes, we waited and came back in. We sat for another 30 minutes.... eventually they called me to a seat. Sat in a seat for about 20 minutes until they replaced someone else next to me and worked on them instead. Not one person said anything. Very rude. Walked out and will not be coming back. I have gone her many times. The experience has been going down hill. This last time I was dealing with a male and was charged more then I have been charged in the past and I could not understand why the difference. He did take my stamp card but told me to come back next time and use it. If you want fast and basic stuff this might do you well but if you want more this is not the place. I was a fan of this salon until last week I came in on a Sunday and I could tell they were very busy there were two people that did my nails and I got the worst fill for acrylic nails of that I've ever had in my life they were in a hurry and I had to come back and tell them to put that oil on my cuticles they had forgotten Also I had requested a manicure which they did not do so my fingers didn't look very good at all they charge extra for manicure So I thought when you got your nails filled that a manicure was kind of part of that but I've adapted to that they do a good job typically. they just didn't even give it to me although I asked for it. I do understand about them being busy I work all week the exact hours that they're open ,so could not get back in to have repairs and rework it wasn't possible for me so I came in on the weekend after and was told that it was my fault that the nails look bad they would not help me out the lady that is typically at the front who is always so helpful was not there she's on vacation but I was so disappointed I don't know if I can go back and I really really like them it's not cool. I asked for short coffin nails and had got them before so I was shocked when the woman refused to make them short, because "that is ugly". Then I ended up breaking a nail and it then got infected, because they were way too long for what I was used to. read more

Went here for prom nails and was told the price of matte white acrylics were $25 then came back about 2 months later to get those same nails and was charged $40 and was told it couldn't be lowered and they "remembered" that they charged me $40 for the ones from prom read more

This salon is conveniently located and I appreciate that they offer a punch card, but those two things don't outweigh the service recently. I've been going to this salon exclusively for a year and a half (since we moved to BA), but lately the service has been terrible. The person who starts your nails is never the person who finishes your nails. It's like whoever just walked in the door is more important than you, even though you're already in the chair halfway done. Everyone shuffles around and a new person is tasked to finish your nails without your consideration. I get very frustrated when a technician stops working on me halfway through just to start on someone else. They also are lacking cross-trained technicians. All the technicians have licenses, but for some reason they aren't all capable of doing all the basic nail services the salon offers. If you need acrylics you'll be waiting a long time because only two people can do that. Be prepared for the three people who walked in after you to be helped before you because they're just getting shellac. The space is clean and the staff are generally friendly, all though sometimes dismissive. Also, more than once I've had a technician completely stop-mid file- to check their cell phone. One technician even answered a personal phone call while she was filing my nails! Quite disrespectful when I'm paying for a service. There's a new salon around the corner in the same shopping center that may be getting my business moving forward. read more

I went there looking for someone to do a pink and white ombré, using acrylic. A girl name Teresa said she would try because I had pics to show her. She did a good job and so I called and made an appt. and when I got there she wasn't there. They called her and kept saying "20 mins" but it turned into over an hour. Can't believe I waited but when you want something most everyone is not willing to try, you wait. She Did a great job when she was in the mood for it. Eventually I had to move on because she was never honest with me and would have her husband call me and make excuses for her. I always told her how good she was and tipped well but she was not professional. I am sitting here writing this needing my nails done but I give up on her. It's been almost a month since I got my nails done, waiting on her. She talked me into trying shellac but I hate it. Nails chipped in a week. This ombré style is all over the web but this being Tulsa...lol. It's simple to do but I can take a hint. also got lip and eyebrows waxed and got home looking like it was never done. read more
