The practice is clean and inviting, the staff friendly and professional and the doctor has performed miracles on all things related to my children's teeth (bite, alignment, etc.). Dr. DeRoode is on top of the latest procedures as well as innovative and meticulous with her care. She always has time to explain what she believes the best way to treat their orthodontic needs. My children love going to their visits: we rarely have to wait more than 10 min. and the office has iPads, magazines and various contests patients can participate in for exciting prizes . In addition, patients are motivated to perform good dental hygiene /care for their braces and collect points for which can be exchanged for gift cards and movie passes. I wish I could give zero stars…read more I grew up going to Dr. rothernberg- so I assumed Dr. Ross was as qualified. I came to this orthodontist with very minimal concerns (see attached photo) during a difficult time in my life. You'd hope a doctor would have the discernment and integrity to say, "You don't need treatment." Instead, he put me into his version of Invisalign and completely changed my previously perfect smile. Over the next 1.5 years, I emailed him multiple times letting him know my teeth were shifting in ways I hated, flaring out, misaligned, and not resembling the smile I walked in with. His response every time was to shave between my teeth and assure me it would "get better." It never did. My face shape even changed because of how my teeth were moved.
