Emilio, the supervisor is very pleasant to work with. He had to come to my house because there were a couple of minor things wrong. A Shade Above worked to get these resolved. There were some delays due to covid but that is understandable. I originally worked with Andrew to pick out the products and he was very helpful and informative. This store has a great selection of window shades, verticals and all sorts of window coverings. They have every style and color you can imagine. It is a family-owned store and I like to shop local when I can. Customer service is excellent and I would definitely purchase from them in the future
