The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive, and the office manager never returned my phone call. For families, it's also worth knowing, it's difficult to schedule siblings together because how they block their schedule. Disappointing experience.

We were seen quick and scheduling was a breeze. The hygienist took the time to personally review my child's special needs with me and took careful note of important instructions (i.e. my son aspirates thin liquids and cannot have water squirted into his mouth). Dr. Becky's recommendations were on point and reasonable. While being child-friendly, she delivered the necessary advice and care my children needed. They were happy to leave with a goodie bag full of quality samples and prizes for good behavior. Moreover, my kids received a hand written note later that week from Dr. Becky encouraging and reinforcing the brushing that was discussed at the appointment, and she even included some extra stickers for good measure!
