The day after, I was horrified to receive a very long text message from the doctor with a list of demands and threatening to report my husband and I to child protective services for NO reason. He made false claims, far from any truth. She has the best medical care her whole life. We have tried to talk to him but refuses to talk to us. Overall, do more research and stay away from this dentist.

They also offer a virtual follow up so you do not have to physically come back in. Only downside I experienced was the parking. Tiny lot. It's required that your ride home waits in the waiting room, but my ride had to circle around before a spot opened because another patient left.

A month later I got a bill for the same procedure for an additional $1700. My insurance claimed that the paperwork is not done properly. That's a six month wait for a mouth guard, meanwhile my tmj is killing me. They've also given me like two different reasons why august, one is that they are remodeling, so the offices are closed, the other is that the lady who does them is having hand surgery in a month, so they are training someone else to be able to take her place when she is out for another month or so, both conveniently coming out to august. But if you are training someone to take her place when she is gone, then you are open no?

In the next breath, the office then says they don't have a similar time slot until September, (it is April) and then says there is nothing the office can do. Nothing? Have a back up hygienist service. Keep a few slots open for this type of situation. If this happened to my family once, I wouldn't complain, but its been several times.

I can confirm the overall quality of patient care, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentists is poor. The staff tried to sell me expensive cosmetic procedures while I had severe pain following a failed crown, instead of expressing any empathy regarding what I was actually experiencing. The dentist managing the procedure advised me to take something like Xanax before any future dental procedures, because I was an "anxious" patient. Having excruciating pain can make you anxious. I have a hunch they save the courteous and professional act for their wealthier patients.

I checked that the doc was covered by my insurance plan before booking and appt wait time was a month and a half. Day before my appt, I confirmed via text. The day of my appt, I got a call and confirmed I would be there again. Was asked to get there early to finish paper work. I got there 15 mins early and was rudely asked for my name- the person next to me was yelling and I couldnt be heard. I said as much and then was asked to finish the paperwork. After doing that I was told rudely that my insurance is not accepted and that the office had texted me. I checked my phone and had not received a text. I checked my insurance plan and showed the front desk again that the doctors name was listed. I was told rudely again with no apology that my insurance was not accepted and that my plan website must be wrong. No attempt was made to check again or apologize for the inconvenience. So now, I've: 1.Lost half a day of work 2. Cant use my annual check up before end of year cos its too late to get an appt with another dentist before the the end of the year 3. Front desk wasted my time by not checking my insurance prior to the appt (but a claim was made that i was texted- there was no text) 4. Front desk called me day of appt to confirm - couldve followed up on insurance then but they did not. 5. Made me finish my paperwork/registration - couldve followed up on insurance before I gave them my info but they did not. 6. And then reprimanded me for asking some basic questions about the insurance. 7. And then I had to hear the front desk women laugh amongst themselves about my appt. Even if my insurance covers this place, I wont be returning.
