I had a lift with a small implant. My original size was a 36 Full C small D. Of course Victoria secret always said I was D. I decided to pay twice as much for a doctor that I thought was the best of the best. If you already have large breasts DO NOT do this. I still have saggy boobs, my nipples are just a tiny bit higher. Dr. Edwards told me he wouldn't just do an implant without a lift because I would just come back unhappy. Well, I still have saggy boobs less than a year and $12,000 later. I got by procedure done Mar 2009 and I've been complimented about them every since I felt comfortable enough to show them off. It took a year for both breast to drop evenly in place even with weekly exercise and the towel roll. I got tear drop shaped silicone "gummy bear". Initially the procedure was done to bring my breast from b cup to c cup but over the years they've grown. Now at times I can wear 34DDD or 36 DD. After almost 9 years, I've started to experience severe back pain so I'm thinking about getting a revision to make them smaller. I had a chest reconstruction in 2006. It was a reconstruction so it was major surgery, I had a surgical bra put in, had my muscles in my chest detached and reattached I had fat transfers. I was a long distance swimmer and my boobs were full D's but because of my shoulders and chest being ripped from all American and college my boobs were in ( you could see my ribs and muscles from the sides of my boobs) and they were pushed up giving me the look of someone who got a terrible boob job. I had a flat chest my entire life. At 52 I decided to do a Breast Augmentation. I was very tentative because I am a small woman and I just wanted shape, not huge breasts that don't fit the body. I consulted with Dr. Edwards and his team. Amazing experience! They made me feel so at ease, and really took great lengths to insure that I would have a perfect fit! They also suggested a newer product designed for "thin skinned women", thus not showing any wrinkles. I decided to have the surgery. Included in the price are all of the vitamins and supplements that are recommended for prior and post surgery, a nice soft sport bra and all follow up appointments. The night prior I was contacted by the anesthesiologist and the doctor to review the protocol for the surgery and to answer questions or concerns. This really put my mind at ease.
