If you're looking for a liposuction doctor in Las Vegas, you can stop searching now--Dr. Pancholi is your guy. I got hip/thigh liposuction about six months ago and I'm thrilled with the results. From what I've seen of his portfolio, Dr. Pancholi also has a knack for facial surgery and breast implants/revisions, but I can tell you firsthand that he's a lipo wizard. [Background] Unlike most people who get sculpting lipo to look more shapely/feminine, I was sick of my hourglass-shaped body and wanted a more androgynous silhouette. I can't do much about the width of my literal hip bones, but I was carrying a lot of fat in my thighs that no amount of diet or exercise seemed to touch. [Procedure] I got VASER liposuction of the inner/outer thighs + Renuvion. The lipo is exactly what it sounds like, and the Renuvion helps tighten the skin afterwards. Everything was done in a single session. Dr. Pancholi made four tiny incisions, each less than an inch long: two in the front, in the fold between my groin and upper thigh, and two in the back, at the top of my leg right under my butt. The anesthesiologist in particular was awesome--I warned him about my long-standing emetophobia, but whatever cocktail he whipped up kept me from throwing up or feeling queasy afterwards. [Recovery] My recovery went smoothly: I was bruised as hell and very, very sore for a few weeks afterward, but no serious complications. Lots of bedrest and video games. And I only had to wait 48 hours post-op to shower! The bruises and swelling take time to recede, so I wore compression garments for ~3 months and did lymphatic self-massage for about as long. I resumed working after ~10 days (although I do work from home) and was back to normal activity levels within ~6 weeks (but I'm a pretty sedentary person, lol). [Outcome] Apparently it takes between six months and a year to see the "full" results of liposuction--especially since you'll be so swollen right afterwards--but at the two-month mark I was already pretty damn stoked. And things have only improved since then. My scars are almost totally gone. There's a tiny stubborn bruise on my thigh from some kind of injection I got while I was under, and somehow that's more prominent than the actual incisions where I was cut open. [Pros/Cons] If you're still on the fence, here are some specific pros and cons based on my experience: Pros: * Amazing results. Nuff said. * Dr. Pancholi is a skilled surgeon, but he also has a keen eye for aesthetics--and not all surgeons do! * Everyone on his staff is super friendly and meticulous; they always made me feel like I was their #1 priority. (Special shoutout to Maria for being on the ball about literally everything.) * Everything takes place in Dr. Pancholi's private surgery center. No logistical/scheduling headaches or hidden facility fees, and everything's clean and quiet and private. * Dr. Pancholi performs all procedures himself. No outsourcing to other doctors--you get his handiwork every time. * He only performs a set number of procedures per week, which is reassuring since you know he's not operating on patients for fifteen hours straight. * Dr. Pancholi and his staff followed up extensively post-op; he even gave me a phone number I could text with any questions outside of business hours, which made the recovery process way less scary. Cons: * Pricey. But you get what you pay for ;) * There was a bit of a wait list--which was annoying, but it also speaks to how Dr. Pancholi's services are in high demand. And, like I mentioned, he limits the number of surgeries he'll do in a week. * I wish they'd given me better intel about which post-op garments to buy--the one I woke up wearing after surgery fit great, but the random ones I'd bought online beforehand didn't. I ended up buying a dupe of the one I got sent home in (which is from Clearpoint Medical). [Misc.] A different local surgeon said it would be impossible to get the kind of results I was seeking via lipo--specifically that the skin in those areas would always be saggy and never shrink back. That other surgeon was wrong :) I read about a billion Yelp reviews for various surgeons across the valley, and a particular kind of panicked one-star review I've seen for all of them is the "I got lipo and now my skin is hard and black" review. Obviously things can go wrong after any surgery (those post-op instructions are important, people!) but hard/bruised skin is both normal and temporary. Any areas that got lipo'd will be tough, almost like the outside of a pumpkin; this slowly goes away as your skin shrinks and tissues repair themselves. Lymphatic massages help. Just don't take anyone's "one week post-op" photos as evidence of a surgeon's prowess--when I got home from surgery my legs looked like they got beat up by a prizefighter. [TL;DR] Extremely satisfied with Dr. Pancholi's handiwork. If I ever get the itch for another cosmetic procedure, I know exactly where to go.... read more

Directed us to Consult Room and change into Paper robe and we waited for 20 minutes again I think, reception asked for our DL to make a copy and my husband getting it from the car and moved the car closest to the entry. After the wait not sure 20 or 30 minutes Dr.Pancholi enter and not apologised for lateness with his assistant who taking a note about all basic question Goal and what look I am looking for...I shown him some pictures my friend who had 485 CC and looks Around 34 C, than we get into fitting the implants from 1st picture to 4th picture on fitting the implant this part getting trippy according to my husband Dr.Pancholi rolling eyes with his assistant, while she took size up and in the between I arguing with Dr.Pancholi about CC that I want and he kept fitting me upsize which were brave enough, he started I think from 480 CC all the way up to 580 CC, he wasn't mention what CC when he started, only when I got to my liked size, than he mentioned it 540 CC. Among other thing Bra fell snug and good support, good quality. He mentioned that if boobs looks bigger than my butt check doesn't look normal. I was request to feel Saline implant, she bring me out sample after a while. How lucky I was to find this amazing Doctor. And doctor is an understatement. He's a true artist. I lost 160lbs and was left with a ton of loose skin (arms, legs, stomach, back, butt). I had absolutely no idea what I needed or where to start - I made an Appointment for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation consultation. Dr. Pancholi was able to accurately identify what was needed and where and how to should start. It was decided that an entire lower body lift was required (360 cut all the way around) and a breast lift and implants. He was extremely thorough with showing and explaining to me why a tummy tuck would not give me the results or relief I was looking for. The Consultation: Dr. Pancholi took the time to get to know my husband and I - he really tuned into our personality types and served us accordingly. I was impressed my husband is rough around the edges and he was able to read him perfectly. I put all my trust in Dr. Pancholi. The way he presented himself and spoke to me Indicated he was a perfectionist and his standards were much higher than mine. I want to be transparent - I just wanted this skin gone I didn't care about scars or placement while Dr. Pancholi seemed to think in three months I was going to be in a bikini lol. I expressed a limited amount of concerns and a few examples of what I didn't want - other then that I let the expert make the decisions. The Surgery: The surgery went well. The surgery went longer than expected but his staff was great at keeping my loved ones updated with the additional work that was needed. Dr. Pancholi did a phenomenal job and was able to think quickly on his feet to deliver me results he knew I'd be happy with. When leaving after the surgery I was provided with his direct cell phone number incase of an emergency. Recovery Support: I did end up having to call him to discuss an emergency situation few days following the surgery. He was extremely responsive offered assistance and respected my opinions and decisions. He followed up accordingly. Dr. Pancholi was very honest and transparent about follow up care. "You will rip your back up if you do x,y,and z." He was was very clear what I needed to do and not do. I followed all instructions provided to me. I followed all guidelines about not lifting and working out or stretching. Additionally, I followed all diet recommendations. Healing went perfect. I healed at the speed of light and everything was looking beautiful. The Results: Today marks three months since I was cut in half to have all my uncomfortable excessive skin removed (and treated myself to a breast lift and augmentation). The before and after photos literally look like I seen a magician and not a plastic surgeon. If it wasn't my own body I'd assume it was photo shop. How he created such a master piece with all that loose skin everywhere is beyond me. The cut is so low and so straight. The cut is paper thin. My mind was and still is blown. All my restrictions are lifted. I can move just as I could prior to the surgery. I'll be back to working out tomorrow and my life is back to normal (minus the excessive skin). I had the worst experience with this doctor and his staff I paid for a eye lift upper and lower and a breast augmentation , and my results ended in being scarred and having to redo everything all over again this was after the DR did it twice because he didn't get it right the first time So after he did it not once but twice it still resulted in me being scarred and having to endure this all over. This is a long review. If you're reading reviews and researching your plastic surgeon options PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!Long story short, I was diagnosed with Leukemia when I was 13 and I was undergoing chemotherapy while going thru puberty and didn't develop properly (chest area). I had my 1st breast augmentation and lift when I was 19 in Florida. At 19 I was naïve and honestly just went with my co-workers plastic surgeon. My 1st post op appointment I was literally in tears. I was so unhappy with my chest I started crying when I saw them, all $6700.00 of my new ugly boobs. From 2009 to 2020 I was so self-conscious. After my breast augmentation and lift my nipples were pointing downwards and my breasts were flat. I was bartending here in Vegas and I had to wear 2 pushup bras in order to get "that look". I would be so sore and I would have red lines from both pushup bras digging into my shoulders. In the summer of 2020 I decided enough was enough and I was DETERMINED to feel sexy and be happy with my chest. I called and emailed EVERY plastic surgeon in the Las Vegas area. One office was charging $50.00 for a consultation, one office was charging an astronomical amount (could of bought a brand new car) and some other offices never even called me back (RUDE!!!). Then one magical day I get a phone call..."Hey Heather, this is Jaime the patient coordinator at Dr. Pancholli's office how are you today?" That day Jaime and myself talked for maybe an hour? I was so excited and so happy to tell her all about my ordeal and what I was interested in doing. She explained the different types of implants, maintenance on certain implants and answered any questions. I'm almost positive that we scheduled my 1st virtual consultation with Dr. Pancholli that day! After my free virtual consultation with Dr. Pancholli, Jaime came back onto the call and explained pricing. Within 2-3 months I was scheduled for surgery. The anesthesiologist called me the night before to ask some basic questions and was very pleasant to speak to. I wasn't nervous at all. The morning of surgery I was treated like VIP. I can't remember the name of the intake nurse the morning of my surgery but she was just as amazing as everyone else I had come in contact with. As I get up on the operating table I am greeted by John who is Dr. Pancholli's surgical tech. As soon as Dr. Pancholli entered the operating room, we exchanged a couple of jokes and next thing I know I'm wrapped up and in recovery. Dr. Pancholli has his own operating room ON SITE!!! It's amazing! No need to go to some hospital and be treated like just another patient. The next day I was scheduled to come back for my 1st post op visit. I had a stubborn blood vessel in which Dr. Pancholli needed to close up. While the Dr. was finishing up with his other patients, the door opens and it's JOHN THE SURGICAL TECH!!! I was so happy to see John. I asked him if he remembered my jokes before I went under. He assured me my jokes were awesome. Maybe 30 minutes go by and John and myself know so many awesome things about each other. He asked me why I have so many bird tattoos. I have an owl, a pelican and a raven. After explaining to John every piece he told me about his love for birds. In a matter of minutes, the Dr. came in and fixed the stubborn blood vessel and stitched me back up. I had a couple of issues with my incision on my left breast because of how big my implants are, my lift and just my body in general. I had to go into the office 1x a week for a month or so. It wasn't anybody's fault. One time I needed to get something fixed on a day that the office wasn't open. Dr. Pancholli told me to go into the office. I assumed the office was opened since he told me to come in. When the front door opened it was Dr. Pancholli himself, wearing street clothes. I almost started to cry. I said "You did not come in on your day off to fix this, did you?" He just smiled and said "Cmon, lets fix you up!" I love Dr. Pancholli and his staff so much. I am so happy I found them. Dr. Pancholli always explained things to me and answered any questions I had. ALWAYS do your research, get to know your plastic surgeon. The best advice I can give you is to make sure you feel comfortable. Don't feel rushed. Don't feel pressured. When you walk thru the door you'll see Katie the receptionist. Katie is always happy and friendly! She loves Chicken Shack too, so feel free to bring her some. Then down the hall is Jaime, the patient coordinator who I spoke to on the phone. Her smile is blinding and she legit is so friendly. Jaime is perfect at what she does. You will never see her NOT smiling. Behind the scenes you might see John the surgical tech who is a Knights fan (Knights logo on his black scrubs). Then there is the Man, The Myth, The Legend....DR SAMIR PANCHOLLI. YES YES YES! If you're looking for a sign to get surgery with Dr. Pancholi, THIS IS IT, SIS. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews because I am lazy af, but I felt absolutely compelled to write about Dr. Pancholi and his staff. EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH. The facility is beautiful and pristine, the staff are absolutely the sweetest (especially Sierra!) and Dr. Pancholi himself is incredibly down to earth, patient, attentive, and undeniably skilled. In 2017 I would go to Dr. Pancholi just to get my lips done and he always did a flawless job. Very careful and meticulous. But after my older sister got buccal fat removal done with him and she loves her results, I knew I had to be next lol. I had jawline liposuction and buccal fat removal done (about a week ago) and my results are beautiful!!! I am seriously over the moon!! He really sculpted my face to absolute perfection. I am so, so, so goddamn happy with my results. I have had plastic surgeries since 2015. I have met all sorts of surgeons. Let me be very honest -- none of them are as down to earth, patient, and easy to talk to like Dr. Pancholi. NONE OF THEM. Every other surgeon I have encountered have always been snooty or rushed or even downright sarcastic/condescending (Im looking at you, Stile). But Dr. Pancholi is the total opposite. I cannot think of anything negative about him. He has been so patient and really takes his time with you. Even his receptionists are extremely friendly and fun to talk to. Do you know how many times I have been to other plastic surgery offices and the front desk staff are stuckup or bad at their jobs? Not here though! Had my breasts done here years ago. Capsulated the first time and paid to have it revised/fixed. Happened again. Had my nose done as well, now for some reason it looks way different and bigger than I had began with. I actually hate the way I look in photos etc, and now my breasts are uneven again. I've spent over 16k at this place and I'm just not thrilled years later. Will have to have everything done again by someone else. Didn't even bother going to my year visit because they don't bother calling you once you've had your surgeries done. Not going to lie I'm pretty devastated because I really can't afford another 10k by a brand new surgeon to fix everything, I shoveled out a huge chunk of my savings already on something I was looking forward to for years. read more

Soo, where do I start. My wife wanted to get breast augmentation for while. So after some time of saving we found Pancholi. We made our appointment and paid for surgery. My wife was excited and very happy. Then came the day. After surgery was done, we waited for breast to heal. Now it's 2022. Her breast look obviously destroyed. One breast is definitely smaller then the other and her nipples look deformed and severely scared. We paid 12k for this and now my wife is devastated and heart broken over her appearance. She is having discomfort and pain on one side and well have look and see why this is. We have not gotten any calls and follow up from him or his office. Considering his reviews on this Google listing, I would think the communication and interest of thier patients would be top concern. I will reach out personally and hope of a solution from him. Just had Botox from Dr Pancholi and it was unlike any experience I've ever had. I've been going for Botox for years other places and got the same thing done year after year, the technique Dr Pancholi used was one of an artist! I felt no pain at all and love my results!! Thank you for your response, Dr. Pancholi (or whomever responded for him). My last name was Parker back then. It may have been more than 4 years ago. I even called the next day to ask about the swelling and massive bruising and they said it was normal. Which now I know, it's not. I have seen multiple women return to work the same day with no bruising or swelling. After being scarred for years, I had quite a pleasant experience and no swelling or bruising for botox for migraines (some areas around my forehead), and same thing. I went right back to work the same day. After the amount of money I spent, it truly was not worth it. Due to me having to use so much sick leave from the embarrassment it caused. I was an Operations Manager at the time, so I was always facing clients. I could not show up to work like that. And that was discussed on the phone as well. The lady that answered did not provide any other options or condolences for my experience. Just that I had to "wait it out" and that I just must be "too sensitive". Again, made me feel so great about it. I mean, overall, I truly laugh about it now and it's a great story to tell. Enough for me to remember my experience for a lifetime...hahaha. read more

Not going to lie, I made the decision not to meet with Dr. Pancholi, and right now I'm extremely glad I did so. I'm extremely disappointed that they took $75 from me to schedule an appointment, and although I cancelled 2 business days before my appointment that deposit was apparently non-refundable. That was NOT made clear to me when I scheduled (I wouldn't have scheduled had I known that). So, beware.... most plastic surgeons will consult at no cost, and if they do charge, they will refund if you cancel outside of 24 hours prior. Frankly, I'm upset, and I'm going to go ahead and assume that he needs that $75 less than I do as an educator! read more

This review is from some years ago when I had my surgery with Dr. Pancholi. I had him remove a bump on my nose and wanted my tip down just a little but he didn't want to do that. My bump was definitely removed but I have a dip on the bridge of nose on 1 side. Not very flattering, asked about the curve of my nose and was told I had to go to a specialist, wish I had known ahead of time. Overall would just say if you want something done just make sure to ask everything ahead of the surgery and any concerns after should be addressed immediately. read more

Note: This review is for the consult only. I went here for a BA consult and very much appreciated how everything went. The office is nice, stylish and high-end feeling - you almost forget it's basically a doctor's office. And that's not just the waiting room - the patient rooms themselves are also like that. The entire consult took about an hour. Imagine that, an hour! That seems to be rather lengthy in comparison to other plastic surgeons. And 45 mins of that hour was with Dr. Pancholi himself. He was very pleasant and incredibly patient with my endless questions and quoting of various studies and research I had read. He explained everything, took measurements, and gave his opinion. He even stayed and did the sizing part himself. In addition to the basic saline and silicone, he also offers form stable. He has a definite preference for the underarm incision and under the muscle approach. He doesn't really do textured aside from the form stable - so only smooth in the round saline and silicone. He was the most expensive of the surgeons I consulted. (The price I was quoted was $6,500. Now, of course, prices will vary based on what and when as there are many factors. But just throwing that out there to give others a sense of it.) His staff were very friendly and did a great job of answering questions and following up. read more
