I have called every number I can find for him and for WEEKS now all of them are either a fast busy signal or not in service. I have also sent multiple messages through the patient portal and sent direct emails, even sent a text, and gotten zero response. They have disabled the ability to make a payment online, but I'm not making a payment until I speak to someone about his account and the discrepancy between the email vs the "no balance due" on file. I even called the New York office number, only to discover that it has been disconnected too!! It is beyond ridiculous that you can't get a response or even get through on the phone. Unreal!!!

Dr. Grove took his time to explain how the repair would be done, complications that may occur & postoperative concerns and restrictions. Surgery went well and a nerve block was given to keep post-op pain to a minimum. Everything went better than planned. As surgery goes it was a great experience. Having been a RN. I can be extremely critical but Dr. Grove was wonderful as was his bedside manner. He's a keeper! I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone of all ages.
